I have been to this location a few times and have always had a lovely experience. The location is right off the highway which makes it easy to get to. There is also tons of parking so you can always find a spot. The waiting room is beautiful. The walls are covered in local art so make sure to walk around and check out everything displayed! The main room is huge! I love the painted mural that covers the walls. It makes the shop feel very homey. There are so many products, strains, merchandise to check out. The staff is also super friendly and was more than happy to answer all of my questions and help me out. This is not your average dispensary. I highly reccomend checking it out. read more

Every time I come in I have to argue with the budtenders to get the THC content. They always rudely respond "it doesn't matter about the THC" yet they don't measure the CBD content. It matters to me as the customer. Plus, If it doesn't matter why is it the only one you print out and why is it the only other frame of reference beside the name on your bottles?! Is it because you never have one over 18% and don't want to lose business?! You'd rather sell to a blind consumer because you know you have a lesser product?! Today I argued again and he went above and beyond by writing on the bottles "doesn't matter". Every. Single. One. Disgusting how you treat a consumer. Please spend your money somewhere else. Driving down the road to The Green Solution is worth being treated kindly and worth better buds. I was super impressed with this place. Less stuffy than TGS nearby but still professional and upscale compared to many of the dive dispensaries. The selection is vast, the tenders are funny, knowledgable, full of great stories, and best of all very easy to talk to. Since it was my first time and it also happened to be a Friday, I received two joints for a penny each. Sweet perk! This is hands-down my new go-to place, especially since they carry Dixie chocolate bars. :D read more

Went here to try and obtain some CBD cream for my mom. She has back pain and wants some kind of relief. The guy who was helping us was extremely rude and condescending. This was my mom's first time to a dispensary and he was a fast-talking jerk with an ego the size of Texas. Won't go back here ever. I am writing this review to let others know of my experiences here. I have been a medical patient here for the past 4 months. Before signing up with them, they acted very nice to me. Since that time I have gotten nothing but negative experiences with them. Starting from the front lady "Adela". I have no idea how she got this job nor how she holds it. I have called to ask in regards to certain stock multiple times and was told by her that they had it. After driving for an hour and waiting inside for 45 minutes with only one patient in front of me I found out on multiple occasions that in reality the items I asked and called about were out of stock. She has also taken patients who arrived way after me inside and cut the line on multiple occasions. When confronted about any of these actions she instantly blames other staff for her consistent mistakes. Inside it get actually worse if you can believe it. Prior to signing up my plant count they offered me certain perks for letting them grow and sell my plants. At the beginning I had no issues and was actually looking forward to visiting them every day. After two months, they told me because of certain staff abuse of rules, from the inside of the dispensary they have cut my perks nearly in half. Now inside certain employees treat you with the same enthusiasm as I pick up my dog poop. "Doug" has been nothing short of an ahole. I came there on my birthday the other day with one patient in front of me on the medical side. I waited 45 minutes to get in and after checking my ID and my med card, Doug didn't care to even say Happy Bday, the dude looks and talks like he is stoned out of his mind every single time I see him including on this day as well. He was incredibly rude to me about the fact that yet again they didn't have my medication in stock after telling me they did. I was made to feel incredibly bad and left the place with a ruined mood for the rest of the day. Thanks guys, great bday gift from you. I count on these people to help me and be there for me, on the contrary they are incredibly ungrateful for my nearly daily business with them, they don't care for the fact that I not only give them referrals, business and my plant count that they make profit off. If you are in the area, please avoid this spot, the people inside do not care about you, or about how they act. Best believe my plant count and business is going elsewhere. read more

This place is hands down my favorite Denver dispensary now. I am a transplant from another close dispensary that was closed for a few months this year. Now it is my favorite place to go! The flower is great. HUGE edible selection, and a great choices for all other kinds of things (big variety) really one of the biggest. My god, I love this place. I suffer from some mental illness that gives way to a lot of physical effects. The staff here is the best. If you go in and tell them what is wrong with you, they will fit you with a strain that is right for your body. I'm so grateful for their vast knowledge in their product. Not only that, best selection I have seen compared to even the best medical shops in denver. And if you are a medical patient, you take priority. I waited for five minutes once (there was a guy there who was still being trained at the desk) and elizabeth came out and I heard her nicely explain the the new desk guy that a medical patient does not wait unless staff is absolutely at capacity with other customers. Really friendly staff, they seemed like they cared about me and answered all questions politely. 10/10 awesome staff. Now, not so great product. The buds I got here were harsh tasting and a bit fluffy. They almost looked like hermie plants, deformed and long stemmy buds. It gave me a headache when I smoked it and didn't seem fully flushed. The buds they showed me in the store to smell at and look were fine, but the ones I got weren't. Kinda disappointed since the staff was really friendly and I would return if the bud was better. read more

Before today I did nothing but recommend this place. After the disaster today I am not so sure. They changed how they do business multiple times sense this outbreak. They do not communicate these changes to their loyal customers like most places do. Went today and found out the changed the rules again and you have to order online. Went to do it on their site and was told I had to do on another website. Nothing of this was mentioned anywhere on the webpage. Another employee later told me this was not true. They wait today for an online order was 1 hours which is ridiculous. I was frustrated with how unorganized they were and let that show (my fault). The male employee working outside was rude and I talked to a few people who stated the same. When it was my turn he told me "You always cause trouble when you come in." While waiting inside, he came in and was was glaring and snickering at me. Green Tree has great products and most staff, but if this was my first time I would not come back. Hopefully they do some training with employees on how to work with customers and figure out a better way to run business during this or they are going to lose a lot of people. read more
