AWFUL!!! ZERO STARS!! don't go here!!! 10th and 10th Carwash is only a 5 minute drive away and 400% better. You get about 30 seconds per dollar at this place and the very last, time I came here on a motorcycle that was dusty from gravel roads with no mud to speak of an angry man came into the bay and started yelling "no bike!, no bike!" Save yourself the hassle. This place is near where I live so the convenience factor was a bonus but it's OVERPRICED and whoever is running it has ZERO customer service skills!!! DONT GO HERE!!! I have been getting extra charges on my credit card after going here. Police report pending. Wasjes are usually 10 to 14 dollars. Then secomd charge of 4 to 7 dollars comes in right after. This guy is a thief. read more

I decided to pay by credit card for the first time due to the pandemic. Washed the car same as ever, usually a 3 loonie charge. Got my Visa bill and was charged $12. Unable to reach the business so far, but this feels like a scam to me. Also, the bay was too small, even for a 3 series BMW. read more

I would NEVER recommend this place anymore. The owner is extremely rude. I have been coming here for a year now to clean my car, and always had a good experience until meeting the actual owner. I had parked in stall 1, usually clean my car by vacumming, then inside cleaning, and then cleaning the outside of my car. I had parked in bay 1, had vacummed out my car, having to reload the vacuum as it is short for time. I was cleaning out my car, almost done and the owner says i had to leave. I was there approximatelt 20 min total. Maybe be there a total extra 5 min for outside wash. There was no line up, other bays open with no one in them. Never was there someone behind me. The owner then said i had to go. I asked what i did wrong and i am going to clean the outside of my car now. He mumbled something, i couldnt understand with his thick accent and broken english, i had asked what he had said. He got angry and huffed. I then said im going to clean the outside and go. He waved his hand, so i figured he meant it was okay. I then grabbed money to do the outside and he stormed over and said No, i had to leave then, as this is his business. I argued there was no one behind me and bays open. He just waved his hand again and said go. He was extremely rude and prior while i was cleaning my car he walked into my bay multiple times looking at me. After this experience i would NEVER go here, or recommend them to anyone. Ive never met anyone so rude at a car wash. I understand if there was a line up, okay. But there was no line up, and the vaccums are inside the bays, so its not like you can clean the inside of your car outside the bays read more

Great carwash. The operator is always wiping down the controls and will end the session when you forget. All soap/waxes are replenished.

Terrible experience! Tried to wash my car. The "tire and engine cleaner" didnt work so i moved on to "pre-soak " which also didn't work, then I tried to use the "foam brush" which also didn't work. When I told the Korean owner about the issue and tried to get some money back he didn't seem to understand anything I was saying and kept yelling at me "no money, no money!" I said " I know because I pressed stop so i wouldn't lose any more money" . I tried to explain to him which options don't work and he just kept yelling at me and eventually showed me the finger and said "fuck you!" Super rude! I don't understand how you can run a business without speaking english in this country. Never coming back! read more

The machine did not start again when inserted the coin nor it returned my coins back. It should return it back regardless of the amount required to start the machine. When approached the attendant, who did not seem to care at all about the issue, no refund was provided. The quality and the time you get per cycle of the wash is low as well. I plugged in 3 bucks hoping to just high pressure spray the dirt/bugs off and finish with a spot free rinse. The high pressure washer isn't strong at all, my vehicle is still dirty all the way around with bug guts on my windshield, front bumper, dirt though it's patchy dirt now I guess and even the windows didn't dry spot free from the rinse I did. I'm super disappointed at how weak the spray was and won't use this place again, the western pride car wash has a very strong spray so it's worth the extra drive time. The bays were also really small so you definitely get more wet than other places because you can't get very far away from your vehicle as you spray it. read more

Very poorly run. No contact information if you have a problem with a wash bay - which I just had. The machine was happy to take my money and my credit card and then the equipment wouldn't work. There's no one to contact for help or a refund. That's $9.00 I'll never see again, I'm sure. I went to another bay and it worked fine so it's not me. I'll be going back to my old car wash in the future - Kensington Auto & Car Wash. At least it works every time I've gone there. read more

*****be very careful if you use this car wash!! my credit card was skimmed on february 3, 2016**** there is no onsite management!! there was a pickup truck in the next stall - the two men didn't seem in any hurry to leave the bay - and the bay was not in use. apparently they were using their skimming units to skim credit cards. read more

This car wash is quite new so everything is still looking nice and clean. The owners/staff, when there are quite helpful and direct you to the open bays. The wash times are quite standard and you need to start off with $2.00 so if you're only looking to spend a buck to hose off your car then try another car wash. read more

It was -2 Celsius, ask on duty guy if he would close door to bay as it is a bit chilly. Guy said cost too much money for power to open and close door. I asked again if he can close nicely, and he say if I don't like I can leave. I said that I come here a lot and spend money, and that it is not very good customer service. He told me to leave. I felt treated with disrespect as a customer, and I became angry with him at this point. I was going to suffer through and wag my car in the chilly bay, despite his refusal but he became crazy in his behaviour. I went there totally 3 time until now, but this time got really bad experience. Last time we went there the korean boss said close time is 11pm. So we parked out and finished the outside clear. On sep4 night we went again, but this time he said close is 10pm. I asked why today is different. He just said 5 more minutes, Unfortunately he totally does not undersatand english,doesnt know what im asking, and he got mad and said get out my place,do not come again. Do not go here. No on site mgmt or phone number listed. Attendant does not speak ONE word of English. I just finished washing my car $6 and needed a visa receipt. Didn't know how to do it so attendant swipes my card through again in the bay adding another $2 basic charge so I get charged $8 now! He had no clue what I am saying and he just cost me. Have been here twice the first time I was pleased with the cleanliness and quality of the car wash. However the second time I went there the attendant was using the hose to rinse out the bay and signaled me to back up and pointed to the one next to it. I backed up and then went to pull into the next one and he blocked it with a garbage bin. He did not speak any English and just kept saying "no". I asked if they were closed (it wasn't after their closing time) but he just appeared to get angry and signaled for me to leave. I was confused and unimpressed. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a car wash. The man running it was of no help when I had questions because he didn't speak English. The back of my truck had some sand in it and my tail gate's broken so i had no better way to get it out so, i started to vacuum it up. I realized that i probably shouldn't so i began putting the rest of it in the garbage can. Then the guy running it came up and started yelling "No,No,No!" and began shooing me away. I apologized and said that I had stopped but he didn't understand me so he just started putting everything away and continued to huff and puff around me. I had to leave in the middle of washing my car because the guy was so angry. I realized after I left that I forgot my mats so I came back to get them and he gave me a dirty look. I picked up my mats and said that he didn't need to be so rude, then he yelled "fuck you!" extremely loud and threw the vacuum on the ground. This is exactly how it happened and I wasn't rude to him at all for this behavior to be warranted. I figured it was probably frustrating for him not being able to speak English and being so angry and I knew that continuing to try and talk with him wouldn't get me anywhere, so I left. There's no number to call anyone and complain about this so i figured I'd just let people know that this place is awful and not to waste you time going there. There are MANY other car washes in Calgary that are less of a hassle. read more
