But happily, I left our locally owned Mansour today with a beautiful purchase within my budget after being treated with respect, warmth, and dignity. The young woman at the counter was so kind (and wore an enviable bedazzled mask), and took her time helping me find a piece that was special while still within my price range. She made me feel genuinely welcomed and relaxed. The gentleman who popped by a few times was distinctly knowledgeable about diamonds and their faux counterparts, and was able to help me decipher prices and quality.
