A quick joke like that would have been fine, but they themselves seemed clueless as they just carried on yukking it up about how stupid we men are. The First Lady (a younger girl) didn't bother to search the item or even ask to see if the website was wrong, she was more interested in talking to her co-workers than helping me. I HATED this experience. The 3 young people in charge of helping customers did a terrible job and truly did not give a damn about anyone checking out, they just yelled from afar "do you have our reward program?" So tacky and unprofessional. I visited the Ithaca store and about 4:30 and they were working on the entrance to the mall. These 3 people do not deserve a job a Michaels, they do not want their job and just were there being loud and talking to each other without putting any effort in greeting or helping customers... they need to go home.
