Parked for about 2 hours on a Friday afternoon for $12 total. It was super easy to find, conveniently located, and easy to park. There was an attendant there too, which is great for peace of mind. This used to be my favorite garage for Giants games. The location was good. The staff were pleasant. Everything but the location has changed. Maybe new ownership? Parking routinely runs $69, and the first thing they ask is if you have "premium", nope I just have routine seventy dollar parking for a three hour game. I've never been offered premium, Lord knows how much that is. Once they establish that you are not premium, you are sent up to the top of the structure where they might, or might not, have parking. That's right, they sell more spaces than they have. Once you reach an open spot someone yells at you and bullies you to park fast and back in. It's a horrible experience, and it takes an hour to get out after the game. I'd rather walk further, and never have to deal with them again. read more

TLDR: Garage is clean and functional, fees are not clear and customer service doesn't respond. We parked for 1 night over the weekend and clarified how much we would be charged with the attendant before parking. Got charged $60 when we left the next day (about $25 over what the charge should have been), no attendant on duty... so had to pay to leave. Attempted to call for a week straight afterwards to resolve the issue, were told once we would get a call back, never received a call back and they stopped answering their phones. Just our luck! There was a lot of traffic coming from the East Bay, and we drove around looking for parking to make it on time for the Giants game. Checked all the other garages and found this spot! A guy named Dominic helped us out. Not only was he funny and personable, he was professional and courteous. We will definitely be coming back here. Love the location of this garage right across the street from Oracle Park in San Francisco. Love going to Giants games so this parking garage fits the bill for that. I will say that this parking garage is super clean, And my car Has always been safe there. What's the problem then you ask? I don't like the fact that Ace parking Who is headquartered in San Diego, doesn't make it easy to pre-purchase parking for this garage. Many times I have called the customer service number to see if parking is available and they quote me a price of $30 for parking, only to show up at the garage and find them charging $40-$50. When I asked the garage attendant about this, he laughed and said it was demand pricing. I get it, businesses feel like they need to make up for the slow down during the pandemic, the price gouging two hours before a baseball game, that's not cool. Be prepared to take the stairs up to the fifth floor or higher to your car, as The elevators are always packed after the game. read more

Parking near Giants Stadium. Daily rate for me was $17 the whole day. Note it'll be way more expensive on game days at chase or at oracle. When I left, they were charging $25 for the warriors game. There is usually plenty of space if you come early. They don't take cash so you'll pay with a card. When you pay, pay at the exit when you're already in your car with a credit or debit card. If you pay before entering the car, you have 10 mins to get out. Otherwise you get charged another $3. When I went I didn't see any shattered glass break ins. It helps to be in a nicely kept garage with an attendant who knows what he's doing. I'll use again in the future. read more

We bought this parking on Parking Panda for the Giants game we were attending. The parking was $28.50 but I found a Groupon that got me $25 worth of parking for $12. WHOOOHOOO!!! so, we paid $15.50 for parking which was quite a steal! This lot is literally 2 blocks from the park, we were elated to find that it was actually as close as it said it was. There is an attendant on the lot who was very nice. This parking lot is very dark and has EXTREMELY low ceilings. I can't imagine how a truck would actually fit in here. I would recommend getting there early as the spots are very small and tight. It is very close to the freeway so getting in and out of the park was a breeze. We never hit any traffic. I would definitely park here again. It was very convenient. read more

There is no easily visible address posted on the street, so I could not identify this place before I had to drive past. Strike one. After circling around a very busy, game-day area, I pulled in and told the attendant I had a Groupon voucher and I showed it to him. He asked what Groupon is. I pronounced it more loudly and slowly and he asked why I used groupon. I was really confused and irritated at this, not knowing if I was supposed to explain the concept of coupons or if the voucher was not going to be honored. It was a stressful and unnecessary conversation. Turns out the Groupon deal, $40, was more than the pay-at-the-garage deal, which was $30. So strike 2 for organizing a rip off Groupon. That's shady. Strike three is admittedly not the garage's fault, but the intense construction in the area was not only deafening, it blocked the natural GPS path to the location. So having to circle around after missing the entrance was NOT easy, quick, or free of stress. It was a nightmare. Plus side: very close to the Giants stadium. I don't know if I will park here again but I'll definitely never use a Groupon for it. It seems unethical to sell a Groupon at a markup. read more

Everyone knows looking for parking in San Francisco sucks- especially on game days around AT&T Park. For the past two years my boyfriend and I have been parking at either of the two parking lots on Townsend between 2nd and 3rd Street. These lots are only a short block and a half from Willie Mays Plaza. If your are driving toward 2nd on Townsend THIS parking lot is on the right. We've actually parked at the lot directly across from this one during our last two visits since it was cheaper but its really hit or miss with both these lots. Parking at these lots typically start at $25 and increase as the night goes on. The difference in cost if any between the two lots is usually $5. They are both valet and service is about the same. Lots close 1 hour after the game ends. read more

Went to a Warriors game while they're bad enough for tickets to be affordable. Parking for them mostly sucks around the arena though. Fortunately, this place was under 20 bucks online and fairly secure, though you have to walk around a mile to get to the stadium. No real issues getting in and out, would recommend for people not wanting to get price gouged for parking. read more

I have parked here three times for Giants weekend games. I always book ahead on parkwiz and to guarantee a spot. Usually 3 to 5 dollars cheaper than the posted price at the entrance. Went to the Giants game on Sunday the 7th of July 2013. This parking garage is easy to find right off of 280 you take 3rd st. to Townsend and it's right there. So close to AT&T park as it says. Booked it on gotta park, good price, cheaper than other garages. The only negative for me is that the compact parking spaces are very narrow. It was so easy coming out of the garage to get back on 280 to the 101. Will definitely park there again. The attendant is very friendly. read more

Seriously this place is a rip off, you might pay to secure your spot but they you have to pat extra which brings your total price to $100. Lesson's learn this will never, ever happen to me again. NOT worth the price, try to take Bart in OR if you have to drive park at AT&T. read more
