Then a few years ago I decided to come back because of the great memories. It was still very nice until a new company with a new management came along. The main focus of the company that owns the place now - profit! As much as possible! They charge you for every step, and they call this "exciting news!" Everything is piled up: service fee even if you pay from your checking account, personal liability insurance, pets fee, a water bill is out of my hands with a service fee of course (they put it in Conservice Statement that is becoming very extended - at this year not only water is included, but also a common electricity area and gas - for boiling. We have an electricity stove), bundles services... Reading a lease agreement - has to be a very, very, very careful and challenging task. 60 pages of policy. Even if they tell that lease is going up just $100 more - read the lease again. There's a general definition - plus Conservice utility bill - that brings everything might higher. The only answer from the company - it is a market. But market has always been existed, but with them it is becoming more on unbearable side. Conclusion: I am feeling so very unhappy and disappointed with that management and company. if you think to move in - think over!

We did a big move across the country and Jeff made it as seamless as possible making note of every detail to make sure everything would be move-in ready at our arrival. Refinishing the floors, adding new paint, new light fixtures and lighting, and a beautiful new tub! He was very accommodating with our move date as well. He takes pride in all his properties and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable in your new home. He also makes himself readily available if any questions or concerns. We sure appreciate all Jeff's time and efforts he put forth in making our move into his rental unit perfect and worry-free. He put our minds at ease and the place was super! Bill seems to think himself above human decency and refused to respond to any emails or inquiries and I felt my application with 800+ credit score was rejected due to either the listing being a scheme to collect application fees or for Bill already having an applicant in mind and not doing his job in good faith. I also heard from someone while visiting the property that he wasn't pushing needed repairs for one of the current tenants because he wanted them out, so I probably dodged a bullet. I guess I am a fool for expecting more from humanity than this, but I would avoid Schermerhorn and Bill Cannon especially. Housing isn't something you should be so blasé about.
