I found a really cute dress and was excited to try it on, but when the girl came to grab it to start me a fitting room she looked at me up and down (mind you It was 40 degrees and I was wearing a big sweater and a coat) and asked if I really wanted to try this dress because It was an extra small. I couldn't believe her. I was extremely taken back and didn't even know what to say. I am 5 feet 100 pounds and I think I know what size I am. But that's besides the point, the dress could have been an extra large and I still wouldn't expect that kind of answer from anyone. I had already seen the prices of a few of their bras after I had came in and was pleasantly surprised they were a little cheaper then VS, and SUPER soft. Felt just like my "cloud" lulu bras. After planning on only getting one bra, I left with three that all fit me perfectly. Lisa helped me with sizes and wasn't overbearing. Very informative. As if I was working with family. She rang me through the register and signed me up to become a member so I could get the 40%. I'll definitely be back.

BUT I took the underwear home and cut the tags off and washed them before wearing as any normal person would!! On 4/26,less than a week later, I went to put on one of the 10 pairs I had purchased and they tore at the leg opening. I live 40 minutes away but took them back that day and was treated horribly during the entire exchange (receipt says her name is Diana). She was condescending and proceeded to tell me they don't take back things without tags and I said well I cut the tags off and washed them and went to put on and they tore. She huffed and then went to find another pair as if I was the greatest inconvenience ever. And then as she does the exchange she continues on with her condescending tone and says (as if to make sure I never ever do this again...now mind you the stores product tore with normal use and I just drove 40 minutes one way to return them) that they will not take items back that don't have a tag but because it's defective she will. The whole episode was so off putting that I don't think I will ever return. It's a shame because my first encounter was so lovely and she was so helpful. This second lady shouldn't be working in retail if she feels the need to treat someone who obviously spent almost $200 just a few days earlier like that. Very disappointing.

She literally just stood there following us around the racks hovering and shadowing my every move. It was very uncomfortable. She didn't even try to pretend to straighten up the clothing . Neither one of us had pockets or a bag large enough to even fit a piece of clothing into so I can't even understand why we were targeted like this. It's very disappointing! We will not return.
