Their training methods were pretty simple and involved a strange amount of hotdogs. But my Goldendoodle was doing great and learning things very quickly. However, in the last 5 minutes of the hour-long class my dog barked at another little puppy. And after he did that--Lynda absolutely demonized him. She forced my boyfriend and I to bring him into a corner and screamed "KEEP HIM AWAY FROM ALL THE OTHER DOGS". It was absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. We were informed that my dog was kicked out of class after that first day. Their reasoning? "He was too distracted during class" Like LOL ok he is a DOG, who was surrounded by 10 other dogs. Of course he was distracted. There are soo many other reputable dog training places in the downtown area. AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COST. It was truly one of the absolute worst experiences I have had.

This last grooming was the worst, They shaved his butt so bad that even the staff said they didn't understand what the groomer did. It was shaved and my dog ended up dragging his butt all day because he was so irritated from the shaving. Within a day his butt was bleeding and an open sore. I called the groomer and they said the person I deal was away on a family emergency and to email the manager. I sent an email along with pictures to the manager and have never heard back from anyone. They are incredibly flexible with hours, generous with the time they spend with Luna and send me fun pictures and captions that make me smile mid-day.
