So therefore won't honor the warranty. I contacted the manufacturer and luckily they are willing to help. They are very un knowledgeable of the products they sell. And as far as the CCTV footage they constantly comment about on every review, it's bogus. I have my entire conversation with the owner (Brennan's dad) recorded right down to the point where he's threatening me to come into the store and settle this like men. Hmm sounds like a threat to me. And then proceeds to call me a goof. So please everyone buyer beware with these guys they are only out to make a buck and don't really care about the consumer. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. To add to this review, the owners always attack the customer and play it off as not their fault. Anyone can claim abuse but I go above and beyond and contact the manufacturer that tells me the specifics. I'm not attacking anyone but you have to own the fact that you broke the tank brennon. You tried to pry it apart. It wasn't the tank that was broken it was the atomizer contact where the tank threads into the vape was totally loose. You should of thread a different tank on and you would of had your answer.
