I bought a Fitbit Versa 2 at this store 3 months ago. It no longer works, in that it no longer…read moreresponds to screen swipes. I went into the store where I bought it. I spoke to the manager, literally at the front of the store where there was a large Fitbit promotion area. He said "we don't sell enough of these so I cannot help you" to figure out what has gone wrong or assist in contacting Fitbit. He is promoting a product he does not care to understand or stand by at least to attempt to figure out the problem.
