We also got 1lb of wings and a flight of caesar's. The wings were much smaller than expected and were mostly bone. Oh wow, what a novel concept! A bar dedicated to Caesars! Very Canadian! The menu was awesome, there's so many options, it's hard to pick anything. Everything we did pick though was amazing. We sat outdoors and also enjoyed watching the pride parade, so it was a nice surprise and a bonus to be part of it. The servers were very polite and courteous. We enjoyed our little nibbles. I'd recommend the tasting flight obviously, it's incredible. I created my own Caesar and it was a meal by itself. We will go back every time we're in Collingwood! read more

We were staying at an Air BnB in Wasaga, and Caesars came up while having a few drinks with our hosts. They told us of 1858 and we stopped in the very next morning! It's an awesome idea, and the execution is excellent too! It's a small place, and when we first walked up there seemed to be a bachelorette party there so we walked around for a bit. When we did get in, my gf got the Breaky Caesar and I got the most expensive- surf and turf! Breaky was a pickled egg and some bacon. Surf and turf- half lobster tail, shrimp, strip steak, cheese, calabrese salami and more! Excellent flavour and spice, even down the rimmer. Had a second round of the Aussie and a Korean BBQ! Highly recommend and I also bought their Caesar "additive". Basically the Worcestershire and hot sauces as well as other flavours - yet to try it. read more

Great vibe, friendly service and of course delicious drinks! Stopped in on a Friday night and couldn't believe the selection. I felt like a kid in the candy store, except for Caesars! So many choices, they offer something for everyone. As someone who has a sensitivity to gluten, they had that easily covered. There were also many vegan options, including a vegan "Clamato" friendly mix that I was told by the owner is made in house. Whether you're looking for a classic Caesar or a meal with a Ceasar on the side or even more of a Bloody Mary fan you won't be disappointed! Definitely worth checking out! read more

I am currently still sitting here as I write this review. Walked and was helped right away. Staff explained the menu and how it worked. I mentioned that I was hungover and they showed us a hangover menu which was cute and funny. I got the Feeling Dill and added the asparagus and onions. My boyfriend got the Picante. The toppings were so delicious and the drinks are so fantastic. Service was so fast and attentive. Will probably order another drink! COME HERE! read more

We've been meaning to make the trip to Collingwood for a few of 1858's interesting Caeser mixes. They didn't disappoint. I had the Maple/BBQ Caesar which was awesome, the bacon topper I could eat 1 lb of. I also had a Basil and Pineapple Caeser with Tequila which the owner made for me at my request. My wife had the Caser-ita which was interesting and the Dill Caesar, both were awesome. We even tried the Caesar popsicles which were really smart. My wife and I shared the Charcuterie Board which had a lot of variety and I added the seafood to it. The board was delicious and was honestly worth the money. It's a killer spot, great concept, I love, I'll be back for sure. Staff were great, place was super clean. read more

First time there. Went with a group of 16 so it was nice of them to seat us. Drinks are awesome. Food was good but limited. When paying the bill we found out they were charging us $20/person just for the seating. If you're going to do that it should really be communicated up front. read more

Well what can I say about this wonderful place that hasn't already been said, the Caesar's are amazing, there is a large variety of different Caesar's for all tastes ( vegan/vegetarian options available) they are always adding new Interesting combinations to their drink menu. Their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! The food though limited is wonderful dill fries are a must try but honestly everything is great! I also love that they have a large selection of take home products like different flavours of walkers one shot and ceasar rimmers! They are also soon to be opening a oyster bar upstairs I can't wait to try it ( I've never had an oyster but sure I'll love anything from here!
