I went in the first day but then had a medical issue and an area on my body got infected. I called the facility the very next day and asked if I could either get a refund or a trade in for spray tan instead of beds the girl at the front desk was very nice and called the manager and then called me back and said no they cannot and there was no explanation as to why. I then since I only went once if I could give the rest of my sessions to a and once again, the front desk called the manager, and she said no, and gave no other explanation all of this the girl desk said the she would call me. It's been three days and she hasn't called me once I've worked at a tanning salon before and I know how these packages work. It could've been totally doable to transfer my services to another girl, but instead management ignored me and just said no with no reason as to why. again, this place is nice and the staff very nice and friendly, but poor management.

Last year one of the level four beds, half of th face bulbs did not work. This year in one of extreme beds, the fans would not come on. When I told the girl at the counter, she said "oh yeah, those haven't worked in forever". Tanning isn't cheap and disappointed in her response when I asked if it was going to get fixed, "I don't know". Not sure if I'll be going back when my sessions runout.
