I kept getting the runaround from the one employee who speaks English, and communication overall was a mess. What's even worse is that I drove there FIVE separate times after calling ahead and being told I had an appointment--only to arrive and be told no one could see me. Who runs a business like this? It's a complete waste of time and honestly feels disrespectful. The staff was disorganized, dismissive, and at times just plain rude. There is clearly no real scheduling system, no accountability, and no regard for customers. This place feels shady and unreliable, and I will absolutely never be back.
