They showed me the prices this time with the book opened to the most expensive services. I grabbed the book and flipped it back to their starting prices and chose the first one. Then after the young lady had started on my servirse an older lady came by and spoke to the young lady in their language. The girl replied to the lady and then the older lady picked up the book, again flipped it to the expensive page, asking what I wanted. I told her I already said I want the one on the first page. I'm glad I already knew their pricing so I didn't fall for this. So, this is my last time here.

I like them slightly coffin, grinded down thin and sharp edges. Exactly this. My ocd is terrible, and I will peel them off in a hot second if they are 'off'. I could tell Vy was a little annoyed at how specific I was being - I also couldn't decide on color or design, it was one of those days - but she did exactly as I asked and I am so happy with them! Sam did my pedicure, and it was so relaxing and she did the polish perfect. I usually go to another spot that I really do like, about 30 minutes from my house but Charming nails is only 10 minutes. This is my new spot, I am very happy with my experience.

Upon arrival you're greeted by the front desks attendants. They walk you to the back and show you around if it's your first time. Your rope and sandals are located in a locker with your name in it. After changing you chose your code to lock your locker. The showers have clean towels and complementary shaving kits. Afterwards you're walked to the relaxation room. At the relaxation room they have complementary snacks, water and tea for you to relax in before you're called in for your massage. Our therapists were really nice and professional. We felt really well taken care of. After your massage you can go back to the relaxation room or be walked to the locker room. The facility was exceptional. Everything was stocked and really clean. Will definitely be back!

They are NOT good with appointments. I made an appointment, walked in 5 minutes early and right at…read moremy appointment time, the tech I requested specifically and made sure was available started on somebody else when it was supposed to be my appointment time. This has happened three times already. They'll pass you over for somebody else regardless of appointment time, and it's unacceptable. If you make an appointment, they need to take you at your appointment time, not start on somebody else right when it's time.

My daughter called Friday morning made an appointment with a specific Tech for 10:30 Sat. she got…read morethere 5 mins early as they seated someone else with the nail Tech , I called said the above statement and was lied to they said no she's with the Tech now...Complete Lie Apparently after my second call they moved the customer seated with the Tech (which is not right) then took my Child 25 min. late, no appreciation for the fact that you may have other plans . If this was the 1st time I would not be posting this , unless your there the min they open the man that runs the place does what he wants. When the appt was made she told him her Tech he said 10:30 took her phone number and she was there early. There some of the best Nail Techs of most places we've gone. The problem is the Man that does nothing but direct who to do what not caring about your appt time just trying to make every dime he can. And sits and watches
