She will give you good advice on things you can do in your every day life to help prevent or irritate a reoccurring problem. She clearly cares about her patience. The ambiance of the facility as part of the Serenity Studio is quaint and homey. She mostly works days and an occasional weekend. If you have your own massage bed, she will make house calls. She works by appointment only. Her rates seem reasonable. I saw her initially through a discount program but would go back for full price when needed. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her. However, she and her partner have a funny thing about time. The hour appointment is really only 45 min on the table. Which isn't bad if you are prepared for that, but I was disappointed when I got up to dress and saw there was still time on the clock..... I had booked two hours back to back to get a full work up and at exactly at the hour and a half mark, we were done. I was so relaxed, I didn't want to get all "mad"...hey get back in here and finish up. So I just didn't tip as much. I don't think she was intentionally trying to cut my time short, I think she and her partner have just gotten in the habit of booking appts back to back, so the 45 min is about what it works out to with people changing clothes and changing the linens for the next appointment. But as I said, I would return to Faun....I would just make sure I had the right expectations going into it.

They clearly ask you what pressure you prefer, and then stick to your preferences throughout the treatment. Helen and Lucy take their time, are thorough, and regardless of what number client we may be in their busy day, Helen and Lucy always send us off with a smile and treat us as if we were the only customers of the day. A well-done to Brian also, who is not only a great communicator and a responsive owner/manager, but also ensures every customer is left satisfied. I don't just leave feeling relaxed, I leave feeling renewed and with a sense of clarity I didn't have upon arriving. Upon arrival you're greeted by the front desks attendants. They walk you to the back and show you around if it's your first time. Your rope and sandals are located in a locker with your name in it. After changing you chose your code to lock your locker. The showers have clean towels and complementary shaving kits. Afterwards you're walked to the relaxation room. At the relaxation room they have complementary snacks, water and tea for you to relax in before you're called in for your massage. Our therapists were really nice and professional. We felt really well taken care of. After your massage you can go back to the relaxation room or be walked to the locker room. The facility was exceptional. Everything was stocked and really clean. This place is an absolute scam. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a year. I repeatedly explained that I did not care about the unused massages and simply wanted my membership terminated. In March 2026, I called again after noticing my card was still being charged for services I had already attempted to cancel. Since the charges continued, I ultimately had to contact my bank and block my card to prevent any additional payments from being processed. On July 11, I received another notification that my card had been declined, which means they are still attempting to charge me despite my repeated requests to cancel. When I called again, I was informed that my membership had never actually been canceled--it had only been placed on hold, without my knowledge or consent. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and reflects extremely poor business practices and customer service. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before signing up for a membership here, as canceling it has been far more difficult than it should ever be.

I was told we would have a one hour hands on massage. After making the appointments, I was texted a link to complete an intake form. I was also recommended to arrive a few minutes early as it was our first time so that we could fill out more information. I was also recommended to go online for a promo special I could use that was significantly less than the introductory rate of $75 for a one hour massage. The next day, it took us a bit of time to arrive because a 90-year-old doesn't move as fast! We arrived 5 mins after 5 pm. Digital iPad forms took 10 minutes, then I followed my mom's massage therapist to give her info on what my mom's pain points. Then I followed my massage therapist to my room. Since I normally take my clothes off he had to leave the room. He gave me plenty of time to slip between the sheets on the massage table. At 5:25 pm my massage began. He was good, with 11 years experience. My phone interrupted my massage once. Though I turned it off, the 2nd time was my usual 6 pm alarm. At that point my therapist said that he was finished! It was only a 35-minute massage yet I'd prepaid for (2) 1-hour massages! Coming from California, massages there truly are one hour long massages with all the non-hands on time separate from the therapist's time. Truly disappointing to have no warning that our massage would be not one hour as advertised, but padded by the non therapy time. Wish the front desk could have mentioned that as we came in late. However, we tipped well as it was the policy that is questionable, and not the therapist. The venue is very clean, new since 2022, piped in soothing music, warm brown tones, no fragrances or smells, very clean, generous bathrooms. This would have been a 5-star place if not for the massage time cut short by non-massage activities (introductions, taken to a room, undressing, and 5 mins reduction for redressing). This does no service to the talents of the massage therapists either.
