Although our original boat was slightly delayed, Dylan quickly arranged for another one from a nearby marina within the hour--talk about service! Also, don't miss the Bent Hook Marina shop--excellent selection of souvenirs, refreshments, and any last-minute items you might need. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing!! I would highly highly recommend it to any family that is looking for an incredible vacation on Table Rock Lake!!

Beds were very nice, kitchen was well stocked with cookware, appliances, and spices. Loved having that second refrigerator on the bottom floor. The layout is great, very open. It's nice being on a quieter part of the lake too, and the view from here is nice. If anything came up, management was all over it. For example, the coffee machine wasn't working well, and they had us a brand new one in 30 min. When the Internet went out, they brought someone out that same day to fix it! The customer service was excellent! We rented a pontoon there - great experience! And they have so many activities and amenities included for all ages. For example, a free ice cream party by the pool- complete with a clown that did balloon animals. We were definitely not bored. Perfect for families. Definitely recommend! Great place to stay!! I'm sure our family will be back.

Let me just begin by saying this place is charming, true to the period, and Warren, the innkeeper,…read moreis a gem. He is kind, knowledgeable, and will help you find all the local attractions per your interests. But we couldn't sleep here. This house is allegedly haunted and our overactive imaginations wouldn't let us rest a single minute. We were visiting Arkansas for a wedding in November and decided to extend our visit one night to explore the beautiful Ozarks. The night was fast approaching and we found The Queen Anne House thinking it would be perfect as our first experience at a B&B. Everything was decorated authentically and we felt transformed onto a Victorian movie set. Warren showed us all the rooms and we ended up picking a room in the coach house. We were the only ones staying that night. After putting out delicious cheesecake for an evening snack and informing us of the entertainment room, Warren retired to his residence next door. This is when we started getting the chilly willies. Maybe we are too accustomed to the noises of city living. Maybe we watch too many scary movies. Maybe we should have arrived in the daylight and gotten a look before the shadows settled in. Maybe if we weren't the sole residents that night...but I'll have to admit, wandering around in a Victorian house at night is terrifying. And finding an episode of this house featured in a paranormal series in the entertainment room is unsettling. And further discovering paranormal businesses signed into the guest book pretty much sealed our conclusion that we were going to die that night. Nothing did happen that night. We pretty much frightened ourselves with every creak in the floorboards and made up moving shadows in our heads. The place is actually very lovely in the day. But beware, if you are jumpy city folk that are not down with the paranormal you might just not make it till morning.

This year they told us we are not able to stay and removed our standing reservation with no heads up to us. We have always been great customers, paid on time and brought our families. They had no remorse nor good customer service after over 9 years of us all coming there.

There is a covered deck with glider rockers. I got lost sitting there mornings, afternoons and evenings! So peaceful. This resort is steps from the shoreline. Fire pits and grills available. A huge private dock with swim deck. It's older but is super clean and has had updates. The owners Melissa and Tommy are super people, both friendly and accommodating. Loved their chocolate lab Gracie. So sweet. She loved playing fetch with her tennis ball and I didn't have to leave my comfy chair on the deck. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Satellite tv (tho who needs tv when you are staying on the lake?!) Comfy bed, couch and chair. Nice towels. Warm days had us sunning on the deck and fishing and nights we stayed warm by the 10 man hot tub and a bonfire. I'm looking forward to going back in full summer time to enjoy the pool and rent a boat for a weekend of lake fun. This place isn't far from everything Branson but far enough away to "get away" and just enjoy the lake and each other's company. Reasonably priced and super clean is how I'd title my review

There was no shortage of things to do on-site from daily activities, mini golf, pools/hot tub, giant chess outside, cornhole, and access to some of the Big Cedar Lodge amenities nearby. We have been staying at this place before the current owners (Rick & Connie Balsley) had bought it. We have never cancelled without the proper notification and missed (3) years in all of the 15+ years we have stayed there. One year we went to California to visit relatives and the last 2 years we missed because our son is in all year round college and his 1 week summer break did not line up with when everyone from our family was down there. We gave Connie the proper notice and in all actuality greater notice that they request. Connie agreed to roll our deposit since we would be back in 2019 and we moved forward. Well, today we received a letter she and Rick sent stating that they were not going to keep their word and sent back our deposit. These people are untruthful and passive aggressive. There are many other places on Table Rock Lake to stay at and you would be better served to go check them out. The letter they sent was incorrect stating we missed 3 years in a row as we only missed 2 due to our son's college break. I find it sad they can't spell my wife's name after going there for over 10+ years with them as owners .
