However, I received a call back from Manny within 15 minutes and he was on site 20 minutes later. The others traveling with us were amazed by the quick response. Manny helped us move our Class A rig to a local campground for the night so we could run the AC. He went to the campground, found a spot, called us back, and waited on us so he could guide us to the spot. He came back at 7:30 the next morning to complete the repair. Needless to say, he went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.and he genuinely cared about us. Manny is a good Christian guy and treats his customers honestly. Later in out travels we experienced trouble with our hydraulic leveling system. I called Manny and he did some research and call me back. He was able to talk me through a system reset. Since I had not personally laid eyes on the rig, it was important that I have a detailed inspection completed by a competent professional. Manny did a great job! He was communicative and personable from the start. He let me know when he arrived onsite (as did my salesman), we talked at midday on items identified and his overall impressions with the coach. At the end of the day (8+ hours later), we spoke again about the key issues identified and some minor items to be addressed. Before leaving the dealership, Manny provided my salesman with a punch list identifying all these key issues and minor items. This was followed up with an extensive written report that was complete with photos, all presented in a logical and easy to follow format. In addition to the report, Manny provides a link to allow you to view the nearly 400 photos and videos of his inspection and testing of systems. Moreover, Manny took the time to go thru the report with me page by page over the phone to ensure I fully understood its contents, and then answered all my follow-up questions (about an hour). I located Manny/Nomadic 365 Mobile RV Services through the NRVIA website. While I have not yet had the privilege of meeting him in person, I have added Nomadic 365 RV Services to my contacts and will not hesitate to reach out to him again for his inspection or technical services.

We ended up paying $200 for a vacuum, wash, and wax... that was about it. The cup holders were not touched, the door compartments were not cleaned, the windshield had some short of spray on it we didn't notice until leaving which we had to clean off our self, and the exterior trim was untouched. Definitely a mediocre detailing job with no attention to detail. Will continue to look for our "go to" detail spot in Tally as this is definitely not it.

Although they were busy, the manager told me to leave it for an hour and they would squeeze me in to see what the problem was; I walked down Capital Circle to Publix to have a Coke while I waited. 45 minutes later the manager called me to tell me the rear rotors and pads were worn through and needed replacement, they could do it then in about 3 hours, or I could make an appointment and bring it back in a few days. I replied that I couldn't wait three hours -- a close friend of mine with a terminal condition was being med-evacuated the following morning to his family in Dallas, and this was my last chance to see him. There was a pause at the other end of the line, and the manager said: give us 75 minutes and we'll have it ready for you. 80 minutes later I was back in my car, brakes fixed, on my way to a last visit with my old friend. An unfortunate fellow broke down in a Burger King drive-thru. While I think the employees of Burger…read moreKing should've redirected traffic to come inside, I assumed the broken vehicle had been there for a while because they were directing traffic around it. At any rate, once I pulled around I realized I was now sandwiched in between the tow truck and another customer who pulled up behind me. Because I had to get back to work, I cancelled my order and asked the tow truck driver to pull his truck up a couple of feet to allow me to pass. He refused. I explained that I cancelled my order and obviously there was a line forming behind me and I really needed to get back to work. The tow truck driver told me that I would have to wait for him to load the broken car up before he would allow me to pass. Fortunately the car behind me got frustrated too and left after about 10 minutes of going back and forth with the driver. I was finally able to leave and super annoyed by a towing experience that I had NOTHING to do with. I was a few minutes late for work, which is not a big deal but completely unnecessary. The driver was a total tool and told me his time was more valuable than mine, which was news to me. Obviously, I called the company to file a complaint and had the pleasure of speaking with Katelin, the dispatcher. I think I must've interrupted her because she was completely annoyed and bored by what I had to say. She literally yawn into the phone...y'all she yawned. Then she proceeded to explain to me why my time was not as important as the tow truck driver's time and promptly hung up on me when she was done. Joe Heavy Duty Towing was more or less a reflex at that point, and whoever answered kept me calm by confirming my location immediately and staying on the line until they had a driver en route. The responder arrived in under 40 minutes, which I considered solid for a late-hour emergency call on a busy highway. He worked fast without rushing the hookup, and the vehicle was off the road and secured quickly. He made sure I had a ride lined up before he left--I appreciated that. The emergency quote was perfectly accurate. They clearly stated the charges I might possibly pay before they sent anyone. Handled a stressful situation the right way.
