I felt like the lights were a little low, it's in a sketchy part of a really old strip mall, there are too many mannequin doll heads in absolutely no order, so it was very hard for me to find what I needed. When I can distinguish between human and synthetic my mind can handle making a choice, THIS AINT THE PLACE FOR THAT. It's so chaotic, but where in H-E-B will you find a beauty supply that has this many options? I love the black owned one I reviewed but they just don't have this many options. If you must come here, make sure that you have time and patience. You're going to have to sift through the mess of it all to find the treasure you're looking for. I got braiding hair from this place and it smelt burnt and they are very unwelcoming i asked if they had lipgloss and he didnt respond to me

FUCKING HORRIBLE!! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS FUCKING TRASH! From the owner all the way to the PARKING LOT!! So let me tell you about my visit to this trash can... 1st: I went in around 3:00pm with the intention on taking my time and looking around. I KNEW I would be here for an hour or two so I made SURE TO CHECK THE HOURS ONLINE. The STORE OWNER was "helping me" and "making sure I was okay and had everything I needed" . If rushing a customer and getting frustrated because they didn't make their selection, pay, and leave within 5 minutes is helping them and making sure they were okay and had everything they needed then he did pppeeerrrfffeeeccftt!! He deserved . I ignored his little attitude and kept looking after making my first selection because I planned on getting two wigs at least one 100% Remy. Yeah. I was planning on spending some money. That was until then midget Asian that calls himself owner came back with his amazing customer service. We exchanged words and long story short we (politely) cursed each other out. I ended it with go fuck your self I'll take as long as I want. I slowly and very purposefully looked at EVERY item that I wanted 30 times before making my selection. Oh did I mention he blamed his attitude on the store getting ready to close and me stopping them? Anyways, I go to the counter to check out and ask the child manning the cash register what time they closed..his answer? 77‼7:00pm. It had just hit 4!!! So now I'm checking out and I pay $290.03 (I ended up only getting one wig because of the angry little Comodo Dragon). After running my card that's when the child decides maybe he should ask to see my ID. AFTER I ALREADY PAID! By this time I was done with the store and owner and decided to be as difficult as possible. I told them I wouldn't leave without my merch and my ID was in my car. I had every intention on going back in with my ID but I wasn't leaving my things there. I had asked the kid if he could refund a redo it debit but he decided to lie and say no. That was the last straw. So the little dragon comes up and proceeds to argue with me and threaten to call the cops to which I laugh in his face because HE would go to jail because he would be stealing from me since I paid in full and he wouldn't give me my belongings and was refusing to refund me. So if you enjoy getting rushed, cussed out, called names, yelling at, and having the cops threatened on you by all means come here. To the owner: I can't wait to see your store close !! read more

This is one of the only beauty supply stores around a person of any minority ethnic background can go to get beauty supplies needed to look fly on a dime. They have all types of hair, hair products, they even have cute cheap jewelry and some of what I call "hood chick flip flops". I got my braiding weave for a reasonable price. I give this store 0 stars my hand accidentally touched the star and I can not undo the rating MY CHILDREN AND I EXPERIENCED RACISM FROM THE STORE OWNER I've been going here for almost three years the man would always follow my children and I I saw nothing by it I always thought he was staying near to be of help when needed 1/8/23 my children and I were accused of stealing a lipstick tester yes a lipstick that was on display that many customers rub on paper or on their hand to see how it looks against their skin I explained to the owner why would I steal lipstick it was $1.49 I've spend hundreds of dollars at this establishment over the years I even purchased 60.00 worth of product earlier that day so I explained to him why would I steal and come back of even still period he threaten to call the police got loud and said "you people always take" " you and your children go!" Scaring my children and than told my children and I to leave I went to my car showed my receipt along with every item I purchased and let him know he accused the wrong family today he was rude racist and disrespectful I've seen him get into it with others and always minded my business but now I see why several women of color got into altercations with him I've been going to this store for a few years and I always turn the other cheek with his ways but today I'm speaking up I will never shop there again and I advise others to not go there but the choice is yours that man has hate in his heart and needs prayer!! read more

Really good variety of products. A little bit pricier than the store that I normally go to but it's worth not taking the long drive to the other store that I usually frequent. A huge variety of hair care products, beauty products, extensions, wigs, make up etc. This store would be deemed a black beauty supply store. The owners are very helpful and nice. I'll definitely be back when I don't feel like driving 20 miles to my regular store. read more

Closest beauty supply that offers African American hair needs. Huge selection, however they make you feel like their watching your every move as if they believe your going to steal. It's the closest one to me so I deal with them however if I knew other locations I probably wouldn't. read more

I will never return to this place again. Not only did owner was unprofessional but very rude as well. His worker was very nice and helpful but he was not. I went there with my daughter to see if they cared a product that is called "braids in the bundle". The lady who called out for the owner asked him if they did and he didn't answer. So as we walked around the store I spotted the owner in back of the store on his cell phone playing a game. As I asked and showed him what product I was looking for and I quote "yes, it's located in the front!" But never show the picture because he was to busy playing his game. When we walked to the front I told the lady and she tried liking for it. Finally he got off his phone and walked towards the front and he said no they didn't carry it. My daughter who is 13yrs old replied to him "if you weren't to busy on your game maybe you could have helped instead of wasting our time here!" So we left the store and my daughter who hardly gets mad or upset was very I pleased with his services. read more

This place is close to me and I got what I needed. I got lost and had to call, the lady who answered gave me directions, I found the place. The selection was not bad for a small store. The employee attitudes were not the sappy sweet Texas charm that I have come to know and love but they did help me find the things that I waked for. read more

Typical beauty supply. It's on the small side and not a big selection of certain items. It's expensive for the area so normally I go to Arlington. But if I really need something I'll go there. It's a market in HEB for ethnic beauty supply stores and I think Jennys would do very well here. read more
