This 5 star review is for my girl NIcole. You all are so lucky to have her and I am a little broken up writing this because she's no longer in the Bay Area. I have been going to Nicole for the last 2 years or so and she brought my brows back from the grave. She is very thorough and keeps you in the loop with what she is doing with your eyebrows. From going over what you want to giving her professional input, to letting you see how she outlines them prior to waxing. She really takes her time and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does, she will get to know you in and out and I always looked forward to my appointment to seeing her. This review is for Nicole. I've been going to Nicole for years (at her previous location) and do not trust anyone else with my brows. My brows are somewhat curly, sparse, and grow in weirdly, and she always knows how to make them look great. That's obviously the important thing - but on top of that, she brightens up my day every time - she is one of he sweetest people I've ever met and talking with her makes this such an enjoyable thing to do, instead of an errand. She listens to any concerns that you may have, and she will even give you tips and suggestions on areas of concern where your brows need to fill in naturally, how to properly fill in your brows, as well as giving out excellent product recommendations.
