Interesting the the first review listed on here is from 2017…read more Their customer service is lacking to be sure. They make you do everything via their phone system which is pretty bad. The "iPay" (3rd party processor) that they use for bill payments is shady to say the least. They'll take money out of your account before they even send the check. They put this money into their account (so they get interest on the float (and imagine how many payments they're getting that interest on collectively!). I used the online banking system to make a payment. The iPay interface is less than intuitive and it's not easy to distinguish what you're putting in for personal information vs. merchant information. As a result, one of my checks came in the mail to my address, although the check was made out to my merchant. Needless to say, the merchant never received the check, but the money had been out of my account for a week at the time I received it in the mail. When I took this to the branch, rather than credit the account for the amount of the check (which I handed to them), after theorizing for 5 minutes on why this might have happened, they sent me out the door with an 800 number and an "id". Told me to call the 800 number and they'd get my money credited back in. Presuming this 800 number went to iPay. Got home, called the number, wanted a "claim number" put in the number (twice, so no, I didn't miskey the 5 digits) and it told me that "no such claim number was found"). My options? Put in the right number or end the call, no option to talk to a human. I could go on about this experience, but why waste your day? Look for another 5 star rating to come in after this one from someone who works at Kemba.

I called a few times only to be transferred to a check n go call…read morecenter because the agent that works at that this check n go refused to answer the phone. honestly id rather deal with the call center representatives elsewhere other than dealing with the agent that worked there august 22 2017 at the end of the night. her name is Tasha. she was very rude and very very unprofessional. I called to see what time this location closed and they told me 8pm. I arrived to this location at 730 pm august 22nd 2017 and Tasha was there. this was my first time every going to this place and the impression that Tasha left me with made me not want to deal with the company as a whole. as I was saying, I got to this location at 730 and Tasha decided that she would be lazy and told me that I could fill out an application but would have to come back tomorrow to finish the process. yet when I asked Tasha why she stated that she didn't feel like leaving late. she said that she usually tells customers to come before 730, when I explained to Tasha that I am a customer and I was told that they closed at 8pm and that I could do a installment loan she said she was the only one closing and that if she did my application she would have leave late. now in the back of my mind I thought to myself you came into this job knowing this, that just because you decide to be lazy does not grant you the opportunity to be lazy and decide what you will and will no do. due to this reason I am going to write corporate about this matter. I was highly upset yet because I came before they closed and ms Tasha could only say to me that she didn't feel like closing late. well ms Tasha that is not my problem. you should have chose a different shift I will be calling her boss and her bosses boss. and if the situation is not handled I will be calling corporate back to back. you should never tell a customer that you don't feel like closing late so they have to come back tomorrow when your sign says open silly rabbit. please folks you can be treated better by different people. my two year old son has better manners then ms Tasha. take it from me. its a shame that customers whom are paying hundreds of dollars have to deal with unprofessional people like Tasha. this is my first review about this location and it wont be my last. what people fail to realize is that you never know who you are dealing with. and a bad impression is always remembered more than a good one

Huntington has consistently good service, and decent products. Only negative here is the parking…read moreaccess: come in off 5th, exit onto the side street. That needs better signage. Once you're in, the lot is small but usable. Inside it's a typical Huntington, and though they were a little busy they had plenty of staff and we didn't have to wait. Several staff helped, all were professional and friendly. We got our stuff done, Kid K got some sway (pen, sucker, balloon!) and we were on our way. Surprised I hadn't been to this one before, and will keep it in mind when I'm over this way.
