Finally, I figured since I had email of them telling me to do so I couldn't get in any trouble for it so I did. I then provided him with an operating agreement that clearly states that I am not on the loan in any form as a signed or anything else, which in a past email he clearly stated I just need to prove I was on the loan, and he continued telling me to seek a loan elsewhere. I'm a real estate professional and I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I highly recommend you steer clear. Update: after talking to others in the industry him and his assistant Debbie have quite the reputation. His "empire" will come crashing down based on the way they treat people.
