Now I love the fact that I can pay my cheques into the machine without needing to queue up (although I sometimes need help!!) The staff always treat you like a person, you're never kept waiting for ages - even when they're really busy. The staff never seem to rush you - they want to make sure that you have everything you need. They also take time to explain things to you in plain english - which makes a refreshing change!!

There is no longer a counter service and everything is done by machine…read more There are always members of staff on hand to help confused customers, and it makes things so much quicker, with minimal queueing. If you pay cash into your account it appears instantly. The machines are all easy to use. It's a really wheelchair and pushchair accessible branch, with a ramp and a big automatic door.
