Also, the pricing we received was much higher than anticipated and when I asked Stephanie about it, she claimed it was because we didn't gave her enough time to plan and because it was over New Years. Only the first 2 days of the vacation were part of New Years and after checking, the prices dropped significantly after that. Something doesn't seem right with the pricing.

The price is too HIGH for what you get however. The Beds in my room were broken down on one side where people sit to use the phone etc. The room was reasonably clean, but poorly fitted out. One odd chair in the corner. No desk or surface to write or work on. NO coffee maker - but they did have a microwave and little fridge. The Breakfast was ....odd. No one was around, the breakfast set up was strange: empty and sparse. Dont show up hungry. Additionally there was no coffee. I should add I went to breakfast at 7 am - dead center of the breakfast hour. There are plenty of services around the hotel that travelers need - gas, food etc... This is the best choice in the area - but the off-season price (mid September) was $100. I could have stayed at a Hampton for that rate. I will say this its far better to stay here than in Terra Huate

I reached out and was fortunate enough to speak with Libby, who had a bus available and a driver ready for our last minute need. They really were a life saver! Libby was polite and very helpful. And our driver, Joe, was just as great! He arrived for pickup early and was patient with us, as we had a large group of people. He had a great attitude and we were very pleased with our experience. I definitely recommend using Turner Coaches for any of your charter needs in the future. They rock!

They went out of the way to answer all of my questions..and I had alot I mostly worked with Josh Stephens since he is the one I reached out to on line and kept going to him because he really seems to care. We also worked with the amazing Eric Abrams as well. Everyone there I met there was very helpful and that's incredibly hard to find these days. Even weeks after I bought the car I still call or email Josh my questions and he always promptly​ gets back to me. This is our 2nd Toyota and and would recommend this place to anyone that needs a vehicle and doesn't want to bother with the 'in you face, pushy' car dealers.

We have taken the best care of it wanting it to last many years. In 2022 the paint started peeling off overnight in sheets on the top of the car. We took it to Toyota who told us they would fix it. They had the car 3-4 days and only repainted the very top of the car where the sunroof was. Last year the hood started peeling in the same way. I took the car to Scott's custom colors and he offered to paint it for $500. So I did the hood out of my own pocket. Now the back passenger door is peeling and I'm being quoted $2500.00 by several places to get this piece fixed. Toyota tells me the time limit for fixing this for them is up to this was a problem with the paint color blizzard pearl. It doesn't stick properly to the car. They have known about this issue for years. Many of their cars made before 2018 had this issue. Why didn't they paint the whole car when the issue began and I took it to them the first time or at the very least help me fix it now? I was told it would cost $10,000 to repaint my whole car. My car is basically ruined. Toyota has brushed me off. When I took the car in for them to take pictures, they told me they would get back to me within 2 weeks. They were going to check into fixing it. They never called and Fred the general manager of service never sent the pictures in. They arent interested in helping. We have bought 4 cars from Toyota of terre haute. This is the way they treat loyal customers. I like Toyotas but won't buy from this dealership again.
