I am a client of this Trust company for about 12 years now and been through 7 Trust Officers. Only…read moreone seemed to care. This new officer that took her place is not qualified to do this job. I have been treated terribly because she was called out for not being familiar with my case and tried to keep me from breathing by having my electricity shut off for not paying our electric bill. I am on oxygen 24 hours a day and her exact words for her not being able to fix the issue was quote " there is nothing I can do about it". This was the third time our electricity was shut off since she became my Trust Officer. My husband had to run an extension chord next door to get my concentrator working until he called power company and got them to turn our power on. We had to pay 900 dollars for another deposit the next day. She then had the provider send bill to us to pay and now she won't reimburse us at all. She was not smart enough to pay 3 bills for me and now she has found it necessary to take money from me for spite. She had us throw our grandkids out and doesn't realize that since I'm not on SSI, it has no part in how I spend my money. She is getting worse and I want her taken off my case. I now cannot go to the doctor, or buy food without help, because she won't purchase a used car to replace our broken truck because the transmission has gone out. Its not expensive but i must controlled by this woman who doesnt care. Well, i dont care now . I'm tired of arguing with her. I'm in a wheelchair and without a vehicle it's difficult to go to the doctor or anywhere. I've explained this to her, but I'm still without a vehicle. Amy k

Tons of regulars who have clearly been coming for years and are on a first name basis with staff. No appointments, walk in only, though you can wait for a specific tax preparer. I was in and out in 90 minutes, the actual filing was a breeze and my tax guy was so nice. I got a discount as a first time customer, and you get the same discount if you refer someone. They also offer drop-off and pick-up later tax services. They run a tight ship, made filing taxes a breeze.

Their fees are astronomically high, and yet their customer service is abysmal. Their investment advice definitely isn't high quality, despite the high fees, so you end up losing more money than if you just managed your money yourself through a brokerage firm like Charles Schwab. Note that their regular banks may be fine - this is specifically the wealth management (investment) department and the trust departments in particular. Do not use them to manage your money!
