The rest of the pain is still here and I think most of it comes from the fact that there are 3 doctors and non of them are really on the same page. The 3rd doctor I seen. I believe she was on the something with the accident pain and it coming from my Hip and effecting everything. The other 2 male docs... they never bothered really checking into it. The nurses were great though. Location is pretty easy to get to as long as it is not rush hour.

I was very pleased with the examination. He ordered treatment for my back and shoulder. The staff was very nice. Each time I came, I talked to the doctor or his partner. They were very nice in scheduling the care around my work schedule. I felt better with the treatment. I would recommend them to my friends.

He's African American, maybe late 30-40s, around 5'10", he touched me inappropriately. He placed what I believe his vital part on my palm when I was on my stomach. I remember, I froze and didn't know what to do and very scared, I felt extremely exposed and vulnerable, while he continued his "therapy". When he finally done, he left my room, and I didn't see his face afterward. I called and spoke with my attorney friend of this, immediately and was able to calm down. But I've NEVER since returned to this location EVER AGAIN. That man is a pervert! I regret that I didn't call the police at that time.

When I asked for the manager or owner to see what had changed she claimed she was the owner. They look for any excuse to charge your credit card for no reason. Very competent, skilled, knowledgeable, committed, helpful, friendly, and results oriented. You could't ask for better. Through their care I have gotten my life back. No exaggeration. I have a long standing spinal condition called spondylolisthesis--one of my lower vertebrae (L5) is pushed forward pressing on nerves and causing a great deal of pain. The one just above it (L4) is fractured. About a year ago for some unknown reason, the pain got much worse. I could hardly move without pain or even get out of my chair. I could barely walk. I had seen an orthopedic surgeon at OSU a decade before. He had only offered surgery as a solution and wasn't optimistic about the outcome. After doing a lot of searching and comparing of chiropractors in the Columbus area, I settled on Progressive. Dr. Glenn and Dr. Tony took x-rays, examined me, and set out a course of treatment. Dr. Glenn gave me his "Attila The Hun" lecture about what I could and could not do physically in the future so I didn't mess up all their hard work. (I guess I'm not immortal after all. ;-) ) A month of three adjustments a week and the pain was greatly reduced. Another two months twice a week and I was feeling good most of the time. Since then (nine months), I've been sticking to the twice a week adjustments. I can screw things up a little by, say, doing too much yard work. Another adjustment will bring my back into comfortable allignment again. I highly recommend Progressive Health & Rehab to anyone who has an orthopedic problem which might be helped by chiropractic care. Their fees are quite reasonable and they take lots of insurance. If you have spondylo like I do, definitely give them a try before you let anyone cut your back open.

Ohio Health--you've made a fan out of me…read more Great customer service (or in this case, patient care) isn't how you handle yourself when things go right; it's how you recover when they go wrong. In my case, things went very wrong, and Ohio Health handled the situation perfectly. I won't recount my original review (you can read the terrible experience below), but let's just say I did not receive the treatment I expected. I sent out one tweet about my experience, and Ohio Health was *on* it. Seriously, these people have their act together. Let me tell you what transpired next... 1. I received a public tweet within one hour to apologize and to find out more about the situation. Their social media person and I DM'd back and forth, and she scheduled a time for me to get a call the next day. 2. Deb Kuntz (the Director of Quality & Outcomes Management) called me to apologize and to find out more about my situation. Deb does her job flawlessly. She was gracious, humble, and caring. I could easily tell she was genuinely concerned for my health--and not just removing my bad Yelp review. She knew i really liked my PT, so she was determined to get me back to this particular office again. She promised she'd follow up with me the next day...and she did. 3. Deb actually called me every day or every other day until I was able to get re-scheduled for therapy. She was clear with every step of the process. She knew it would be uncomfortable for me to go back to the office if the offending employee was also there, so she jumped through hoops to help make me feel okay about returning. 4. Ed, the Office Manager (I think that's his title, and I forgot his last name), called me a few days later to apologize and to help me get re-scheduled. He was very kind and caring. 5. I finally showed back up for therapy, and of course it was awkward, but they really did everything possible to lessen the awkwardness. At the end of my appointment, Ed asked to chat with me for a minute--he wanted to make sure everything was okay. And now, I am back in therapy and well on my way to getting my feet back in action. I am extremely grateful that Ohio Health acted quickly to fix my issue. The way they handled themselves has definitely earned a fan in me!

Review for Lab Work/Laboratory Services. I don't think Monday morning's are the best time to run in…read morefor lab work. Parking was a challenge but was happy to find a space open up a little closer, it's hit or miss, and sometimes you have to walk up from the end of the lot. This visit was good aside from the wait time. Check-in and registration were some but had an existing order which sped things up. Wait time was about 43 mins but service was friendly and once I was back there it took no time. Quality if care was good. I like the convenience of this location but this location can be busy at times.

The medical facility has a large parking lot which is free but that lot...it is nothing short of horrendous. The lanes between parking are so very narrow and the lanes are also NOT one way which at times is problematic. Not nearly enough handicap spots however, the number falls within the legal reserved amount. The entrance doors are automatic. Thats a huge plus. There is a nice welcome desk and appointment check in space with ample seating. I had been to this location before renovation and post renovation it is much cleaner looking which made me feel more comfortable. Hall directional signs have improved too. I didnt get lost and needed no assistance finding neurology. Check in went smooth, the attendant was very polite and friendly. Waiting room was comfortable and clean. Took less than five minutes to get my room. Bonus! Was seen by tech immediately. The conductivity test was run by tech and then when it got more complex by doctor. Both medical staff members were excellent and explained everything very well. Highly recommend the caregivers and the neurology depaetment... the location, well...Meh. Try to get one of the newer buildings. I felt my car would get backed into or dinged while I I was inside as the parking is too tight. (But car was fine.)

They have put him back on Opioids again, but his appointment to get it removed isn't until May 21st. The department when my ex-wife calls tell her that he's isn't a established patient so he has to wait longer for relief. In the meantime he can't work and is in major pain daily. I don't understand keeping a kidney stone patient in pain that long as the procedure is a short one to remove it & allow him to go back to work & stop the relentless pain. Years back when I had 4 kidney stone attacks the Doctor would remove it with this procedure if I hadn't past it in about 4 to 5 days not weeks or months. If I were to have another attack the last place I would go would be OSU
