We followed up with them multiple times and were even reprimanded by one of their admissions coordinators for doing so. To this day they haven't responded to us. I had a horrible fear of needles. When given an injection or having blood taken, I would often…read morepanic to the point where I would pass out, vomit, or both. Even thinking about having blood taken or getting stitches was often enough to make me feel dizzy and panicky. Bob taught me several self-hypnosis techniques to help me deal with the anxiety and prevent the fainting. He also helped me determine what had triggered the fear in the first place and deal with it. He is very flexible; if one technique isn't working or the patient thinks something else will work better, he is open to changing things up. He will often suggest different ideas to determine which one resonates best with the patient and furthers treatment. Before my sessions with Bob, I was told I would require several tests and subsequent procedures that would involve IVs and injections. I couldn't even contemplate making the appointments for the tests. After five sessions with Bob, I was able to make the first procedure appointment. I have since made the other two! Having the tools to control my needle phobia will greatly improve my health care, and, thus, my health. I highly recommend Bob. Thank you so much for helping me! J.B.

My card was charged without any authorization, and fraudulently. Chris from billing advised she was told by the CEO MK Wright to charge payments on accounts with balances? That is FRAUD and i genuinely don't think you all understand that. Me saving my card on file for ease of payments, does not authorize you to take payments for any amount whenever you want, since i have a balance. that is not only fraud, that is illegal. I will be reporting this to the Ohio Medical Board as well as an official complaint, as this is completely illegal and fraudulent. You can have MK Wright call me back, since apparently she is the one "authorizing" her employees to run cards for amounts she picks whenever she wants. That is NOT legal and is the literal definition of fraud. The payment that you tried to take, has been reported as fraud, and I no longer wish to work with your office due to MK Wright, your CEO and her ridiculous "processes". I have been going to Serenity for therapy since 2019 and have NEVER not once had anything sent to collections and have always paid my balance in full. There has never been any issues with me paying my balance, and me taking 2-3 weeks to reply is not IGNORING Serenity Billing, I have a life and a child and as i stated, my balance is ALWAYS PAID. I have had issues in the past, confirmed and documented within my texts with my personal therapist, that MK Wright likes to try to push payments through without asking clients, and it has happened to me before. Thankfully that time, my HSA card rejected the transaction but I have multiple emails and proof showing where Serenity (Billing and or MK WRIGHT) has tried to run my card without my explicit permission. I'm not too sure why you, MK, think that you can give your employees permission to run a card that does not belong to you, but I can assure you that is illegal and fraudulent and I will be escalating this however it needs to be escalated, to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else that maybe can't afford for you to be running cards for random amounts without any permission.

When we finally got her to the hospital she was also dehydrated, malnourished, and had multiple bruises in various stages of healing . If they weren't giving her tube feeding then they weren't giving her medication either which is what probably lead to increased stoke activity Please consider home health care.I wish I had. BTW I had to leave a star or I couldn't comment.
