From day one Megan Galantine was accessible, thorough, and a complete pleasure to work with. After the closing she was meeting me at the property to give me the keys. It is out in the country and my truck broke down on the way. I had no cell service in the area. She not only waited at the property for nearly an hour for me to show, but once I was able to call her from this little country store, she drove to where I was and insisted on waiting with me until help arrived. This place does not care about its tenants at all…read more The apartments have serious roach infestations, mold issues, and many units lack working air conditioning or heaters. Maintenance is ignored--some roofs have even collapsed due to ongoing leaks that were never fixed, making it miserable when it rains. Safety is also a major concern. They rent to anyone without regard for tenant safety. Gunshots can be heard at night, and police are frequently on the property. The owner, Chris, only cares about collecting rent. When you move out, they fabricate charges to keep your security deposit and refuse to provide an itemized statement showing what you supposedly owe, which is required. Do not rent here. This place is unsafe, poorly maintained, and dishonest.
