No word sent back on deposit until after 21 days, and at that point only told deposit was "TBD." Waited another two weeks before calling about the status, and was told it was posted that day (and barely got out a thank you before the other party hung up, so no opportunity to ask how much.) Received deposit paperwork back next day... which let me know I have the privilege of paying them MORE money, instead of receiving any deposit back. I didn't expect much-- they let us stay a few extra days to clean, which ate some. Totally fine. They cleaned the carpet, totally fine and expected; I'll be the first to admit it was messy, and a broken carpet shampooer did not allow us to get it as clean as I'd have liked. To have cleaned the carpet, charged us for that, and then replaced the carpet (no receipt included in paperwork for that, of course), charging us over $800 for it? that's a little unfair. After getting jerked around on time for it-- not even a heads up of any kind-- it was a slap in the face. Can't afford to fight it, but I can write a review. If anyone Yelp searches these people before renting a home, my recommendation is to avoid it at all costs. I would never rent from these people again. The incident has actually soured my attitude towards landlords enough that I will probably never rent a home again, if there is any way around it.

I did not provide my name to Vicki or the office assistants and I told them why I didn't want to provide my name. Vicki went on to immediately text the applicant and let her know my full name(I'm assuming from caller ID since I didn't provide that information to her) and my reason for calling, completely disregarding my concerns for my safety. That message only made the applicant(now tenant) act in the way that I knew it would, but since Vicki is getting money in her pocket, she doesn't care about other safety. The lack of privacy is unprofessional and concerning.

They charge fees for EVERYTHING (even when you can buy it yourself and replace it) we're currently getting charged $10 a month for an air filter every 3 months when they CLEARLY cost $6 at Home Depot. 5.
