We weren't very easy clients in regards to finding a house - we already had one we liked but wanted to upgrade to something better and we had a very narrow view of what would make us happy. So: We learned that Alice is helpful, knowledgeable, and very, very, very patient. We got to the point where we were about to gave up finding a house we like, and so we decided to build a house. When an unscrupulous builder ruined that plan, Alice pulled another miracle out of her hat the found us a house of a type and in a location we hadn't considered. We settled on a house and were in escrow. Now, this was amazing: While we were in escrow Alice called us and told us that a vacant lot (that we had previously wanted but at the time could not get) was going to become available. This call put Alice at risk of losing a lot of commission on us because the lot was, of course, a fraction of the price of the house we were in escrow with. And it meant she had to start all over again. But she did it. So: We learned that Alice is extraordinarily honest and truly concerned with making us happy homeowners. Selling our old house went quickly and smoothly and we got more money for it than anybody else has in our old neighborhood has since. We've been in our wonderful new house for several months now - and we still thank Alice for her part in making it happen. We will use Alice again.
