I needed a vehicle…read moretowed from a small town about 50 miles from my home and I arranged a tow through my insurance company since I had towing coverage. Wilson's was the cheapest rate and gave an ETA of 60 to 90 minutes, which I agreed to. After two and a half hours, no word from the towing company. I called them and was told that "he blow a tire and had to get it fixed. He'll be there shortly". Another hour goes by, still no word from the company or the driver. I called my roadside assistance service to get them involved, but that didn't help, either. Finally, after almost four hours, I get a call from the driver. He said "I'll be there in 45 minutes." He was coming from a city about 50 miles away. Keep in mind that the towing company is located 7 minutes from my stranded vehicle!! The driver was somewhat rude and told me that they were pretty much my only option since no other company in the area deals with insurance. No apologies for taking three hours longer than the original ETA given to my roadside assistance service. Terrible customer service!

Call again 10 minutes later, says driver is less than 10 minutes away. 40 more minutes go by and still nothing. Call back AGAIN, says driver is 'looking for my vehicle'. Finally arrives 20 minutes after that. Ended up waiting almost three hours just for someone to bring me a gallon of gas.

I took my truck in for brakes, when I got home the windshield was cracked. I couldn't prove it so nothing was ever said. The brakes weren't right and I had to have someone else fix them 9 months later. I got over that and took my car in for an oil change. When they were finished I hoped in and headed home, before I got to the red light I heard BAM BAM BAM!! I looked in my mirror and the car behind me was dodging my oil filter. Oil was all over the road and all over my car. I had just spent all day washing and detailing my car. I turned around went back and told them what happened. They had put the wrong size filter on my car. Never apologized or offered a free oil change on my next visit nothing, just ran it thru that no good car wash of theirs. Well I decided to try them one more time. I needed a front end alignment. They had my car there for a total of 15 min. Called and said I needed a tie rod before they could align it and they couldn't order it til Monday. We said ok. I dropped my husband off and gave him 40 dollars to pay for the oil change they did and I left. Well they weren't satisfied with that, they also wanted 20 more dollars for the alignment they didn't do. My husband didn't have 20 more dollars to give them. The owner TONY, belittled my husband in front of all the people in that store. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND AM SEEKING AN ATTORNEY ON THIS MATTER. WE MIGHT NOT WALK AROUND WITH YOUR KIND OF MONEY YOU GREEDY FUCK, BUT WE ARE HUMAN AND DO HAVE FEELINGS. I HOPE YOU GET SHUT DOWN.
