It's my only vehicle, it sat in there lot for a week, I called and ask if they had a chance to look at it there response was we've been busy probably won't be able to look at for two to three weeks, now had they informed me of this when I called I would have never brought it to them!! I then had to have it towed from there to another place I asked the if they could help me out with the tow and they said no! So again I had to pay for another tow to a place that had it looked at and fixed in three days, and they were 3 miles from where I broke down. They even checked to see if our car was under warranty which it was, and got it taken care of earlier than stated. Just a great experience. (especially when we had called a place called kens in woodruff, that man so so rude even though my mother in law had given him business for years, it's ok it you are busy, it's not ok to be rude.) I asked the driver if they had any suggestions, and he said, "Well, you could let us fix it." I didn't know they had a shop as well as a towing business. I agreed. I called the following day and they were able to tell me what was wrong and give me an estimate. They said the car would be ready on Tuesday. They were however able to get it done on Monday. The shop was very professional and the price was reasonable.
