These people are pretentious fools that will want to argue with you about the process instead of making sure you understand the process. You could ask someone to explain why you're being denied and they will just simply get hurt emotionally and not want to handle you as a customer. They will deny providing help to someone trying get money to feed their kid, yet won't validate anything along the way as to why. I did everything I could to make sure I walked into that building, following up on my PRE APPROVED offer, only to be then looked at like a fool for not having information and items needed for the process, yet they gave no indication of these things being needed for the process. They also aren't smart enough to understand calculating what someone can make in a 40 hour work week and will only go off what your last 3 checks say. So if you took time off for any reason, they will instead say you're a part time employee just to screw you even more only because they are to incompetent to be able to explain to people getting a loan, everything they would need to know to assure getting a loan. read more
