I can not see what is sitting in my accounts, what is going in or out and can no longer do online bill pay. Basically, I am flying blind. I called today and after waiting over 30 minutes, I talked with a supervisor by the name of Juan who told me what I already knew PLUS It is going to take 2 to 3 months for the direct deposits to go to the new account and I will not be able to access the new account until they can close the old accounts. When I explained that I have bills to pay, he cut me off - HUNG UP on me! I have been a customer with Huntington for decades but am going to go get my money and take it elsewhere.
