Even the warranty company who approved the original manifold repair told me they denied the claim for cylinder head repair because the service technician at the dealership puntured a hole in the cylinder head while repairing the manifold. The dealership held my truck for over a month and did not admit fault until I threatened to report them to RAM Customer Care. Then they told me they would fix the problem and and I didn't have to pay the $2300 repair. When I finally got my truck back I immediately researched reliable mechanics on the mountain. ISON was referred to me by several friends so I immediately began taking my other vehicles to them and I am 100% satisfied. I feel safe and in good hands with them and their prices are very fair. I believe they work with various warranty companies so we are not stuck with taking our vehicles to service deparments of the large dealerships here.
