Traveling from out of state and sure enough...rock hit the windshield. We called these guys and all was taken care off!! They called my insurance company and installed a new front windshield in our 2017 Subaru Outback the next day!! We were worried because of all the sensors in the window, but no need! They did a perfect job and almost a week later, we have found no air leaks, water leaks, or any issues. Very satisfied and highly recommended. Called and spoke to Damon initially. He took all of the information & got the insurance referral number. He said November would be calling in 5 minutes to schedule the appointment. After waiting for over 2 hours, I called the shop again to schedule the replacement, but the insurance company only authorized a chip repair. Once that was fixed, I was scheduled for Thursday between 2-3. On Thursday morning, I received a phone call from November saying, "A deer jumped in front of the driver and all of the glass fell off of the truck when the driver swerved." She initially tried to schedule me for the following week, but I was unavailable for those dates. I asked about Friday and she said sure and rescheduled for Friday after 5. On Friday morning, November texted me & said the glass didn't come in for my car & she would call next week to schedule another appointment. I was tired of the excuses, so I texted November back and just canceled the whole job. Not very professional in my opinion. read more

I was driving to Utah from Tucson and A trucker heading the opposite direction flipped up a huge rock and I had to get it fixed right away.. Frank at 1st Quality Glass keeps the largest selection of Glass in stock all the time.. He had my windshield and fixed it in a timely fashion.. I had a broken window it would not roll back up. I was at Stepp Propane and Damon handed me his card and said hey bring that by I will fix it for you! And I did and it was like pouring rain and they still took me and FRANK fixed my window himself in 15 minutes! I highly recommend them! Great experience! I had filed a claim to replace my Jeep Wranglers windshield in October. Waited for over a month, safelight showed up and did not replace it due to it having an aftermarket light bar. I called other places in the White Mountains until I found these guys.
