Weed eating took out a 41-year old window in our bedroom. I called Demers Glass and spoke with Bart Foshee. Bart was extremely helpful, explaining how to measure the window for replacement, and what steps would be taking place in order to obtain a new sheet of glass. The new glass came in ahead of schedule and Tina at Demers arranged for Rick, their installer, to replace the broken piece before Christmas. My husband and I were thrilled about that. We needed to replace 35 year old/original windows on our place in Show Low. It was difficult finding a company up there that would do aluminum frames or even return phone calls/emails. Demers Glass is who I would recommend in the White Mountain area. We had 11 windows replaced, with two of them being a special cut. Pierre, Tina and Andrew were all very responsive and answered all of our questions as they came up. We had a 3 person crew and it took 3 days, and although two of them were being trained by Andrew, the work was completed on time as estimated and at a reasonable price. When one of the windows wouldn't open smoothly, Andrew promptly notified the office a new window will need to be ordered. The new window took about 4 weeks to arrive and was just recently replaced and now is a smooth opening window. We are happy with our new windows and wouldn't hesitate recommending or using them again. read more

It all began with David arriving with recommendations, suggestions, and measurements. David was 1st rate and very professional. Enter Tina in the process, with finalization of the ultimate proposal, scheduling, and answering a multitude of questions. She was courteous, professional, and very available to address any concerns. I had 11 windows replaced a few years ago and two of them cracked after installation - one within a couple of months and one about 9 months after install. After fighting with Mr Demers for a few weeks he finally agreed to replace the first one but not the other. He stated "windows don't just crack" which is not true. I've had this happen in the past and I've spoken to several window replacement companies that have seen this happen. Windows can settle after installation. There are really just two variables with this type of work - product and labor. So either the product is bad or the labor wasn't done correctly. Either way that's on Demers and not the customer. Horrible service and horrible products is what you get from Demers glass. I would never recommend them to anybody. read more
