Had them install a clutch in a Mitsubishi Evolution 8, I loved the updates, pictures, picked out what was wrong, bolts in the correct place, marked and torqued to the correct specifications. I Inspected the old parts being a car guy. It saved me having to take it to Phoenix as other shops in the area rejected the job. He took it with open arms and no fear. Not very courteous, a bit overpriced and broke a new item I was having installed. They bought another item to fix the break, but it wasn't original and it was broken during installation so it's obvious he was a bit careless and/rushed. They got the job done, but it was too much. I had new tires put on my 2018 Mercedes E400 Coupe at Discount Tire but they do not do wheel alignment so I headed over to Arizona Suspension Specialists. I told Patrick the owner that I needed a front end alignment because I just had new tires installed. Some time later I see Patrick bringing my car around to the front for me to pick up. I met him at the register to pay for the front end alignment. As I handed him my debit card he tells me that there is no charge. Of course I thought I heard him incorrectly. He repeats that there is no charge because I didn't don't need a front end alignment. Got the job done but what really put me off, was the sign in the lobby waiving all liability of them and stolen vehicles yet every time I went by they had my vehicle unlocked and windows down (key in the vehicle) sitting out by the road with hundreds of $ of new parts in the front seat... did not appreciate that. read more

I normally do my own Jeep work but am new in town and don't have my tools up here yet. Needless to say I was nervous about taking my baby girl Sandy in. She needed a new transfer case for the 4x4 system. I found one in the valley and picked it up. I called 2 other shops nearby and they wanted a lot more for the simple transfer case swap. These guys beat the price by a lot. Plus they have the same model Jeep out front posed on a rock. So I knew I should be in good hands. Picked it up just a couple hours after I dropped her off. Recently took my truck to Arizona Suspension specialists , CAN NOT RECOMMEND! First they installed parts that failed literally less than 2 Miles from his shop,which the owner , Patrick bell said could have been catastrophic! Then acted like he was doing me a favor by fixing his failure!couldn't figure out how to INSTALL custom $400+ part I brought in and beat it up so I cant return. When I asked if he could pay for part he destroyed he said "with receipt I WILL give money back,then when I got there he said no it's my fault for getting wrong part(its the correct part!) Then after all that I simply said I will leave a review and he replied "you are a punk bit**". Then he proceeded to call my truck a "pile of dog sh**!" In my opinion he could have acted like a man instead of blowing up like a child and calling me names for no reason,and Simply resolve the problem. read more

Can't say enough about these guys. Not sure what all the other reviewers are talking about but I imagine they're just a bunch of Karen's. They went out of their way to not only get quality work done on my Jeep, but they also helped me save some money in the process. If I could go lower I would. The tech Alex was a good and honest communicator. He told me it would be easier if I had new tires on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee and I told him they were ordered from Discount Tire in Show low, AZ but not here yet. I went back over the day of the tire installation and stopped by to pickup my car to get the tires mounted. The owner yelled at me and said I could take my car and leave. He did not want to work on it and Alex was gone till next week. When I came back to talk to him he was rude and condescending with no apology for his earlier conduct. Several times in the first exchange he cussed at me but I did not at him. I went to Performance Auto & 4x4 Center and was treated much better. read more

My suburban was having some alignment issues so I brought it in a few days ago. I saw on the front of their building that inspections were free, so I thought it couldn't hurt to come in. I had called around previously and their quote wasn't too bad compared to other places around the mountain. I just can't believe how inconsiderate some of the employees are. Off the top of my head the tall guy was polite enough, but there was a short bearded person that just had terrible customer service. Maybe he was just stressed from being busy but geez, you would think that people would be more appreciative to their customers who keep them in business during a pandemic. I saw him drive my car around the block (to test it?) and it looked like he was just flooring it all the time. Could be ignorance on my part, but I also noticed some slight scratches on my rear driver's side rim just yesterday. Almost left 2 stars for the nice waiting area they have, what a shame. Not only worst ive been treated by a mechanic but they also left my van completely unlocked out front of their shop overnight. When I voiced my concern the following day, the manager told me not to tell him how to run his business. I have never been treated with such little respect as a customer before. Worst customer service ever..... There was some miscommunication on time to arrive to drop off our car, so "WE wasted THEIR time"...like sorry but maybe send a confirmation text on time to drop off or call before when you have all the parts to confirm. Don't be a a jerk about it right off the bat and say we are disrespectful when we just didn't have an appointment time. Take your business somewhere else folks cause they clearly don't want it.
