They had the bounce house i wanted available to deliver on the 4th of July, Leesa advised they would be out on the 4th about 10 am to deliver. I received a call the day before to confirm the address of delivery again and to advise again about the delivery time. Come the 4th and they were very timely had all the equipment there at 10 am and set up within a few minutes. For pick up they i advised we would not be home but the house would be available to pick up. the came to pick it up and we did not have to anything they did it all. Leesa also called after they picked up to follow up regarding pick up and made sure we had a great time with it all. My daughter, nieces and nephews as well as my husband and myself all got in. We had a blast and because of the great service will be using Big Al's again come any future events.

They definitely exceeded our expectations. When the employee came to set up the bounce house, he actually went inside and wiped it down with a towel and then used a hand-held vacuum to clean it more.
