I've rented from this place multiple times in the past. Always great BUT they've gotten a bit too…read morebig for their britches. They now have an order minimum for delivery which is fine except you don't know that until you get to the end & try to pay, only to find out that the $7 chairs you need are now $27/chair so that you meet the $400 minimum. Shady IMO. But the worst part is that, when you call to see if there's an option to pay a delivery fee for a smaller order, instead of getting a helpful & friendly person on the line like in the past, you get a woman who flippantly says, "Yep, that's how it is...if you don't like it, then don't use us!" Oh well, Bounce House Sanford is cheaper, has free delivery, & the staff is very helpful & friendly. Good riddance FTE...you were great, until you weren't.

After 2 wks I called for an update & was then told, William is the head of accounting, they're not sure when he'll get to it or when he'll follow-up with me. Sickening to think they're still in business operating like the Wild, Wild West! I'll never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Proceed with caution!
