Unorganized and Unprofessional This place is a mess went in for a quick car wash because I didn't want to drive the extra miles to bucees and that was a mistake!! First off they offer the bug washing service which there is no sign on how you enter in to that area so I stopped and asked - the water in the bucket was dirty and did not appear to have any soap or suds Went in for a carwash and paid $25 for a mediocre service - Bucees does the same thing for $14 proceeded to use the vacuums they offer one of them wasn't working properly so I had to use the other one - they didn't have any cloths outside and wanted you to go inside and ask in which case what is even the point of having a bucket outside offering them..? Then as I am trying to leave this girl rudely stops me and tells me I am going the wrong way when there is an exit to leave the property clear as day right in front of my face... so I tell her I am just trying to leave and proceeded to drive my car thru the exit - TELL ME WHY this girl RUNS in front of my car and will not move and is forcing me back out of an already completely unorganized area when there is a clear and straight line right in front of me I could take and the situation would be completely resolved in seconds.. matter of fact there wouldn't have been a situation. Put up some damn signs out or cones hell BLOCK OFF THE AREA if they do not want people driving thru there!?! I mean this was sooo ghetto - especially when there are no signs or anything saying I cannot exit here .. Not to mention endangerment from the employee - standing in front of a moving car puts you or others at risk, constitutes reckless or unsafe behavior. So reluctantly I back out and the girl is smiling and laughing at this point along with another coworker - As I am driving away another girl comes running out and proceeds to take my photo antagonizing the situation further! I have no problem with them having my license plate as a matter of fact I am sure there are cameras that have that information as well but this girl continuing to add full to the fire is so unprofessional and trashy - the entire place just needs to be shut down. This is the worst customer service business I've ever been to. Just think about customer centric and give this a zero! On 2/5/2023 I got my car washed and didn't complain because a member of management wasn't on duty. I was a member of their unlimited wash program at the time as well. Purpose of my rant is I had scratches to my hood swirl type marks from their brushes. Soap didn't dispense on the hood or windshield during this event. I vacuumed my vehicle and noticed the issue but Management wasn't available that early. On 5/6/2023 I came back washed the vehicle and showed the manager Calvin the issue. He reported the issue on paper and stated within 48 hours I would receive a call. Fast forward 3 weeks and multiple visits I received a call at 11 A.M. on 2/22/2023 that they are not responsible. Since I left the location at the time of damage they are not responsible. Yet there wasn't management on duty to report the claim. FYI management starts from the top down. On 2/13/2023 I visited the location and the owner was there. He walked my car and apologized said they are having a meeting on Tuesday 2/14/2023 at 7:30AM. They are aware of the issues and he would call me to resolve. This didn't happen.... The only call I received was on 2/22/2023 at 11A.M. to let me know this couldn't happen from their car wash and thanks but no thanks. You left the premise so it could have happened after. All and all I support local business yet won't at this establishment ever again. They knew there was a problem. Since my initial complaint they have fixed the soap dispense, replaced wash brushes and bumper guards for rims and calibrated the sensors. All while not calling me to fix my car... Did I mention the rims where damaged too! Worst outfit I've ever been to - All they had to do was add compound and detail the hood. read more

Moved here in November and found this car wash. I sometimes have to keep on them about the details of cleaning the black around the wheel wells and attention to the inside. The manager is awesome and comes through and jumps in where needed. Most the staff is friendly even though we've had an obnoxious guy get completely mouthy with me and my husband stepped in to tell him that had he done the job right the first time I wouldn't have "grabbed the wrong rag" to wipe the yuck off the side of my truck. Manager came over and took care of it. I still will suggest this place for a quick easy clean. read more

I spent 35.00 on a detail for my explorer. I was shocked when I came back to get it. all they did was vacuum and put something on my leather seats. I opened the door and mud was in on where you step in and my mats were not cleaned. The guy had the nerve to tell me it wouldn't come off. As I drove off mad as hell I noticed dirt in my gear shifter and in the pocket drivers side. 35.00 for nothing. Never will go back. Horrible! DO NOT GO HERE! I gave this place 4 chances!! Every single time i went they did a horrible job, did not clean anything right! I just left there and they didnt even do the tire shine, my tires look like crap! I never get what i pay for. I dont even see how this place is still in buisness! I can't stand even giving them 1 star. I took my car through this car wash a couple different times, the last 2 I felt it jerk my car I drive a Ford Edge. So I noticed damage was done on my driver side front bumper right under the headlight I wasn't sure what happened so I went through on Thursday and the same thing happened I felt my car jerk backwards hard again I drove home and I noticed I had the same damage on the passenger side front bumper on the same exact location. So I called to explain what had happened to Kory he asked me to come show him the damage so I did yesterday and he instantly started denying there car wash could do that.. now the damage has the exact same markings and the body shop says it was clearly done my metal digging into one spot. So while kory takes me to the bay to keep pressing the statement the car wash can't do that he then goes into talking to me as if I were stupid and making this up.. clearly I am not I knew by there reviews they would deny this.. that's ok but what the bad thing is he went into thug mode on me and his blonde sidekick stepped into a conversation she knew nothing about and got smart with me as well and all but called me a liar as well...they blamed my husband, my kid, even my dogs.. Horrible. When I tried to get a price to detail my BMW 528i, I was directed to a young female attendant. I walked over to her, asked her for a price & with an attitude she said it depends on what I want. I said I wanted my car detailed inside & out. With more attitude she asks what I want specifically. Today I paid 20.00 for interior cleaning. They refused to take out my back mat and vacuum under it. I pointed out the spilled Gatorade on my leather from right before I got there. They replied that they don't wipe the seats just the doors. My middle dash was open and they flung my umbrella so it opened and left it like that. Honestly what a shame. And why was my dash open. I have been here before and was not happy with the service. I have no idea why I came back. Oh now I do is the only "full service" car wash in Lake Jackson. Unfortunately I am unable to vacuum my car out myself right now or I would've avoided this place. The price go like this 8 for basic wash 12 for step above and up from their. But if you want them to vacuum the inside you have to get their $25 service. Mind you I just had my wife's car done in Pearland where they start at $17 which includes the inside and air freshener. So for $8 more this should the best darn vacuum every right? The carpets and floor mats are good. There are still streaks on the windows especially the windshield. They never touched the back deck which is not carpet but plastic so it just needed a wipe down. They don't offer air freshener. I still have dirt on the door trim. Asked them to vacum trunk it is still dirty. They never vacuumed the back of the rear seats and I had a large card in rear seat they didn't move it to vacuum under it. My thought is this if you are a full service car wash don't start your pricing at $8 and not offer vacuum. Start it at the price that includes vacuum. I think $25 is awfully high for a wash and vacuum especially if your nor gonna do it right. I think next time I will save myself the $8 and go to Pearland or Houston. I hear Angleton had a fill service car wash maybe I'll try them. It is sad when a local business let's you down this bad when they know they are the only game in town. read more

I went for the $16 car wash option and was very disappointed. My car came out with dirt in very easily removable places. This was my first car wash in Texas and I must say the standards must be lower here. You are better off waiting for rain than going to this place. read more

I got the $9 automatic wash, and was disappointed in how thorough it was. After I got home, I had to re-wash the entire back end of the car, all four rims, and the lower part of both sides. Some of that was my fault, because I forgot to tip the guy before the wash (they do some pre-scrubbing in these places if you tip them). But rather than try to EARN my tip, he did nothing. I would have gladly circled around and tipped him if he had done something. read more

I paid for the aloha interior and was very displeased-I literally left, went to Bucees and re-vacuumed, re-armour all. They completely forgot to wipe cleaner off one seat entirely, didn't vacuum or clean back at all, and did not wipe out any of the cup holders. I'm one disappointed customer . Last Wednesday November 9th I took my Toyota Camry to the 2Brothers Car wash in downtown Lake Jackson, the one in the old Bucee's store. I pulled into the car wash and thought to myself that car wash was "louder" than normal car washes (it's an old car wash), as my car went through the car wash something made a really loud noise and sounded like it hit my car. So the car wash finished, I pulled over to the line where they clean the cars, waited 5 or so minutes, pulled up got out of the car and the guy was asking what I paid for etc., and I let him know I was going to walk over to Compass Bank and I would be right back (with the time waited an the questions I forgot to look at the car when I got out). I got back from the bank, and they said my car was ready and I walked up to see the left back fender was scratched in three places (picture attached), it was at that moment that I realized I didn't check the car after the car wash, since I heard the loud noise and thought something hit the car. So I talked to Kory the manager, and told him what happen when I was in there, and let him know that these scratches were not there prior to me getting our car washed. He then filed a "report" and said someone would call me. He also showed me the car wash, saying he wasn't sure how it would do this. However there is a tire brush, and lower brush on a post for the bottom of the car etc. anyway he said they would call. Well he called me back today and just said "we don't think our car wash did this, so we are not going to cover it". Which I told him "of course you don't think it did because then you would have to cover it", he wasn't very helpful, or sympathetic. Also the car wash does NOT have cameras when you go into the tunnel, so there is no way to prove it. Basically, DO NOT take your car here unless you are willing to possibly get it scratched and 2Brothers Car Wash not take responsibility for it. You have no way of proving it and they do not as well, so there is no liability on their part. Take your car to the Bucee's car wash at the main big Bucee's, they have camera's as you enter the car wash tunnel, so that if their machines malfunction and damage your car, they will take responsibility for it. read more
