They never finished the job even though they were paid . Never responded to MULTIPLE and EXCESSIVE attempts to get them to come back and finish (install transition that was on order still) and address issues with the instal. Everything was fine until after floor was complete. Within a day of install, the threshold between carpet and wood floor shifted and now shows gap in floor and carpet is shredding on edge. Have sent several emails with no response read more

Exceeded expectations. I thought the bid was slightly low for the size of the job, and they said they'd get the job done in three days. They showed up when they said, did what they said and I paid what they said. These guys know what they're doing. I had bought 1400sqft of LVT intending to DIY the prep and install. Upon closer inspection of our subfloor, there were a few areas that were very out-of-level in our 40 year old house. After paying so much for the flooring it made sense to have it installed professionally. The result is a very solid and level surface that looks absolutely perfect. They finished everything so I could DIY the trim work easily. I've already recommended 2 Brothers Flooring to others. read more

I'm very sad to say that my review is not based on a beautiful job done nor a bad job done. It is based solely on the fact that the person came to my home as promised and failed to present a bid for a large job that involved refinishing and existing for with minimal repair and a new install room. He was professional and informative in every way with the exception of delivering a bid as promised. In located in Papillion in Hickory Estates and am located 7/10ths of a mile from their location. I'm dumbfounded as to why no follow-up or follow-through. Perhaps they are too busy. I wish I knew. read more

Overall my hardwood floors look beautiful after they stained and refinished. We did have some miscommunications and misunderstandings each day, but they were always willing to make things right. There were a few details missed- the quarter round, transition strip, and new wood added have some gaps and one of the floor holes wasn't filled in. Also, I confirmed that they could match the original color but it came out looking much different. Overall a beautiful job well done, just some of the small details and communication weren't top notch. read more

It saddens me to have to write this review. I believe in small businesses and support them whenever I can. But this time, I just had to stop the craziness. We started off using 2 Brothers to install flooring in our living room and hallway. Then we proceeded to set up installment of carpet in three bedrooms. This is where things turned sour. 1o days after the carpet should have been ordered I was contacted to confirm the color and style we wanted to purchase. And was given the impression that the carpet will be in the next week for installation. I emailed 5 days later and was told it will be 5-10 days. Twenty days later, I emailed requesting an update and was told still on back order. Ten days after that I emailed again and was told, "yes we can install the following week". Unfortunately, that week didn't work for us so I requested the following week. I was told no problem. On the Sunday of that week, I requested doing two room on Thursday and one room on Friday. No contact was made by 2 Brothers. Wednesday, I emailed and said, the first two rooms are empty and ready for install tomorrow. No response from 2 Brothers. Thursday morning, I emailed again, are you going to make it today. No contact by 2 Brothers. Finally, a response stating I was out of town and I'll try and get someone there on Friday. Throughout the day, I tried to get an update and no response. I tried email, text and called the office, no answer and the mailbox was full. By this time, we are 51 days into this project and we had just about had it with this company. I requested and update by 11:59PM on Thursday or we will end this project now. Nothing until 4:30 Friday morning, when an email arrived stating, he was still trying to find an installer. Needless to say, we were concerned that if he was having a problem finding an installer on such short notice, how good would this person be? So, we officially cancelled our project with 2 Brothers. The bottom line is, if you want to have contact throughout you flooring project, stay away from 2 Brothers. read more

Although I was happy with the actual flooring work the crew did at my house and thought the price was alright, I was really upset with how they disrespected my property and the lack of communication. The two men that worked on my floor flicked a bunch of cigarette butts (10+) all over in my front lawn. The job took 2 days and they found it acceptable to leave a large pile of trash from the flooring boxes outside on display on my front porch between the days. To top it off, they left a large pile of sawdust on my front so my kids and I have to walk through it each time we go into our house. Nice when you just got new flooring, especially when it got wet and soggy and its a choice between that on the walkway or mud beside it. They did not re-tack carpet down in 2 transition spots and left excess carpet flopped over the door transition piece. Their claim is they don't "do carpet." Although I understand they don't install carpet, they are able to cut and tear it out. I would expect them to at least be able to tuck and tack carpet to complete the job. The fact that they didn't do it and that i would have to was never mentioned to me at any point in the process. Alex promised the cigarette butts and sawdust mess would be cleaned up first thing the next morning. It was not even touched and there had not been any communication as to why not. Communication had been lacking the entire time. After I had scheduled the job a couple weeks prior, nobody had contacted me regarding a confirmation of this a few days before, or anytime as to when I could expect someone to show up for it. They inconsiderately don't give a heads-up call when they're on their way either.I had to initiate the phone call the morning of to ensure it was still happening. I would not go through this company for flooring needs again. read more

I have no problem with the price we were quoted or the floors done correctly. My problem is their not being truthful in coming back to clean up their mess of stain spilled on the driveway and stain on the front door after multiple calls to them they would give us a time they were coming and then never showed up. This resulted in us having to rearrange our schedule to be home and then no one shows up. Not good customer service at all. I would recommend their work but not their cleanup or customer service. read more

When they came to provide our quote, I could tell that they had great attention to detail. Our floor plan has some quirks, and everything I asked them about, they knew how to handle it. We were very happy with their quote and they were so patient while we took forever to choose our flooring. We redid the whole main floor and they were there every day until it was done. They kept this orderly and neat while they were working, so we were still able to function in our home in the evenings. We were so impressed with the quality of their work, and how pleasant they were to work with. read more

Alex at 2 Brothers Flooring has phenomenal customer service skills! He was patient with us and walked us through everything multiple times (as we needed it). Our kitchen is like a brand new kitchen! The two guys that came and put the floor in were AMAZING as well. These guys did a fantastic job. Our floors are absolutely beautiful! My husband wanted to pull up the carpet years ago but I had doubts about the wood floors looking good without costing a lot. We had 2 Brothers come in, give us a reasonable bid and their work exceeded my expectations. Even the areas that needed replaced look like they were part of the original floor. Alex was great to work with and answered all of my questions. Their attention to detail was awesome. I would highly recommend them. read more
