Timberland just completed a floor replacement for me. I can't express my thanks. Ken and Courtney took extra time in the selection process to make sure that I would be happy with the flooring. Every crew member was professional and helpful as well. The project was estimated to take 7-10 days and my floor was finished by the end of the second day. The two installers were above and beyond what anyone could wish for. Their workmanship is fantastic and what any employer could hope for. I ended up changing from a dark floor to a medium and was very unsure, but I couldn't be happier with the results. I recommend anyone who in interested in hardwood flooring to use Timberland. Sold me a pile of junk for $1500. I purchased #2 grade white oak flooring from Timberland and received scrap wood pieces from the throw away pile. This flooring was junk, mismatched, throw away quality with worm holes and with width sizes 1/32 too narrow leaving gaps. We paid expert installers thousands of dollars for scrap wood. Very high priced for the low quality you'll get. Jerry will cut any corner he can and charge you as much as he can. And he's not afraid to block you if you call him to find out when he will finish what he started. Definitely not a fake review! We had the carpet in our basement replaced with vinyl flooring. It looks great! They really did a really nice job with the installation and doing it in a timely manner. They had to add an additional installation fee that was not in the initial estimate, due to our floor having some uneven spots. Fortunately, it didn't add on that much more to the bill. I priced out a few other places before I went with Timberland and I think they offer a good selection of flooring options. And while they're not exactly inexpensive, they're not the most expensive place either. One of those instances where you get what you pay for. read more

They do the job right even when you don't know what right looks like. Let me set the stage for you. You get a vision in your head for how you want things to look. My floors are 12 years old and five different dogs have left their marks on the wood floors. I was ready to replace the flooring with what I thought was tile but turned out to be laminate. Much to my luck, Jerry said he could refinish the existing floors and replace the carpet with wood and match it by re-staining and refinishing the entire floor. Additionally, there was an area between the entry and the kitchen that would have wood but the transition between the two areas was unclear. I knew I'd be there to "oversee" the work so I wasn't too worried. Then, suddenly I had to go out of town for a month and turn everything over to my husband - whom I love very much but my faith in him overseeing the install and finishing was going to be tested. We had one remaining room on our main floor where we wanted natural oak floors like the rest. This is a process that takes a few days with installing , sanding , sanding , staining and some trim work. The scheduling was perfect with all the steps involved. The employees were professional and they knew what they were doing asking me how i wanted some things done. I would highly recommend Timberland Hardwood Floors and will use them again. This company performed work for me following a house fire two years ago. They restored my original hardwood flooring throughout my entire main level. Very friendly and knowledgeable gentlemen (including Scott). They gave great advice as far as helping me select the stain color, etc. I am so happy with the results!
