Who wants to play games and have him blame the secretary? As I said the price quoted for a stepping stone walkway was 2 TIMES the amount quoted by a company that does most of the work in Southlake Town Square. Instead of just leaving my property and telling me to reschedule, he gave me a call and stayed on the phone with me while I told him how to access the backyard from the alley. He did exactly that and was able to service my whole property. He even texted me when he was done and let me know that he was finished, but was just unable to re-lock the gate. Amazing! Most people would have just left and put the responsibility back on me but not Johnny. He made my day and my life a little bit easier.

It started right, they rushed out for some sprinkler work and I asked about replacing my 18yr old fence. I got an estimate a little higher than the next closest so seemed inline, plus the quote had a little more detail. This was all preCOVID. After my deposit, they cancelled. starting multiple times, were consistently late and new excuses each time. We were 6 mo. In with more cancelations and some rain issues, but wouldn't have been if they honored earlier commitments. When the owner personally showed, he did work hard but I even had to mention after demo ended and they were mostly done, they left a batch of crap in the backyard that I had to ask several times to clean up. Cancelations got worse near the last 25% but then they convinced my wife to pay balance doe to personal financial challenges. After that everything was a struggle. More cancels and I complained about no caps on posts, no cement in post holes, missing boards, aesthetic issues,, gate issues and other stuff to drag to about a year for my fence. They wear you down with missed promises and I finally gave up. Now less than 2yrs old, I am having to hire another fence contractor to fix it. Don't get suckered like me.
