Leo is really taking it upon himself to take good care of my yard and he's quick to reply, professional, and just a sweetheart. I'm not in town often after he's worked on the yard, so he will send pictures when he is done, which I didn't ask him to do but he understands the value of showing his work and communicating with clients. This is a big value add and his rates are quite reasonable. I even asked him to give me a quote for some front and backyard improvements so I hope to expand the scope of his work at my house soon because I think his quote is very fair. I'm confident in his abilities and skills because he is very genuine, professional, personable, and consistent. You'll be glad to hire him!

All within 10 days we had Jesus come by to scope the project, got an estimate, scheduled the work and now it's all complete! Jesus was incredibly helpful and very kind, and Noe the onsite project manager was awesome. Both of them were also super responsive! The guys were on time and they even came back by in the evening unscheduled to finish a piece we hadn't originally scoped. Highly recommend! But the weed eater didn't. I don't have much grass right now but there are parts that needed mowing. If you look at my past reviews on here you will see that I struggle with having them cut my grass properly for years. Now I have to get my SIL to bring his mower over to mow and I have already paid the lawn firm for services I never received. Horrible service. I reach out to them and still struggle to get them to do their job. They don't care and clearly don't take pride in their work. I hope my HOA does not contract with them in the future.

It looked great and I literally raved about them to friends and family. Sadly, I had to let them go last week. The quality of their work result and customer service sank so fast and so low that they left me no alternative: o They stopped answering the phone and responding to voicemail messages in a timely manner. Sometimes never! o They repeatedly failed to meet verbal commitments to fix problem areas with my lawn. I had to continually follow-up to make sure my issues were addressed. o Their scheduling and billing systems were messed up. The bottom line: our lawn looks terrible, and I no longer feel confident that CTS will do what it takes to fix it! It appears to me that they have become just another run-of-the-mill, "squirt and desert" lawn maintenance company. So sad and disappointing!

I had Johnny Evans come out to my property yesterday and I cannot say how much I appreciate him…read more While taking my Dad to the doctor I forgot to unlock my side gate allowing access to the backyard. Instead of just leaving my property and telling me to reschedule, he gave me a call and stayed on the phone with me while I told him how to access the backyard from the alley. He did exactly that and was able to service my whole property. He even texted me when he was done and let me know that he was finished, but was just unable to re-lock the gate. Amazing! Most people would have just left and put the responsibility back on me but not Johnny. He made my day and my life a little bit easier.
