We were promised a lush, green lawn, but after three treatments and proper watering, our yard still has brown spots and weeds. Despite raising concerns with both techs and customer service, we were told to be patient--but no improvement ever came. We paid $420 with nothing to show for it, and our untreated neighbor's lawn looks significantly better.
