Beyond pissed off!!!! Have taken my bike their previously and no issues. When I called to let them Know I was bringing it in they said they were busy and wouldn't get To it til the 12th of June. I dropped it off on the 4th. I called on the 15th no answer . Called again on the 16th amd they said they wouldn't get To it til the 18th. I needed it done before that so I went down (LYFT) 40 miles to find my bike left with the F ING key on!!!!! So when I asked them to jump it the DUDE couldn't do it . I took out my own power back and jumped it . Grabbed the battery I brought for them to switch out if it was needed. And the F ING battery blew the F up on the ride F ING HOME!!! Spoke with Kyle for some maintenance advise on my bike and was immediately impressed by his patience and honesty over the phone. My bike needed a valve adjustment, spark plugs, and a general inspection. Kyle discussed in detail with me and said "call me when you're ready to schedule". I called back the following week and he remembered our conversation, so we set an appointment to drop the bike off. He wasn't there when I dropped off but the technician who checked me in was very/nice professional and I felt good dropping my baby off, lol. Received a call a few days later, as discussed and everything came out perfect. They were done in the time frame and price they quoted, no surprises at all. They gave me a few pointers for future maintenance but didn't try to sell me anything additional or that I didn't need. They also kept and showed me all the old parts, which I absolutely appreciated. I had no reason to not trust them but definitely appreciate the transparency and also it's nice to see that I didn't waste my money as the old parts definitely needed replaced. Went in there for them to fix rear brakes as middle piston was sticking, rode out of there after weeks of issues reaching them and them telling me a day and me calling multiple times to figure out what's going on with it just for me to spend $350 for it to blow smoke out of the rear caliper after going on the freeway. Guy told me it's sticking is normal cuz of new brake pads, as a mechanic he should've definitely been able to tell looking back at it that the brakes were not ok. The rear wheel was LOCKED unless gas was given when he finished. After smoking on freeway i tore it about and sure enough middle piston melted right through the brake pad, fixed it myself later as a 19 year old with barely any mechanic skills. read more

I have a 1982 XV750 I bought off a guy who had "worked" on the conversion to a cafe racer with his mechanic buddy. The work on the bike was a mess!! I took a wrench to it and did what I could do with my limited technical knowledge. After a few months, I'd hit the end of my knowledge base and sent it off to Kyle. For those of you who feel the need to complain about how long it took to get your bike back, find a garage named 10Guyes. This way you can have your bike repaired by a team of mechanics trained at Wal Mart's School for Hair Care, Tire Sales and Motor Cycle Repair, who have absolutely no idea who you are nor will they even care. Everyone at 2Guyes was fantastic. They responded promptly to my calls and obviously take pride in their work and in their reputation. A week after I got my bike home, I noticed a minor problem. Kyle sent a tow truck to my house, picked up the motorcycle, made the repairs and had my bike back to me in undet two hours. The mechanic (can't remember his name), even replaced a cosmetic part on the back of the bike, pulling the part off his own Honda so that my bike left the shop running and looking its best. They have a great synergy working together, sharing and talking about what each has going on. Adam will lay it all out for you when it comes to diag and more. All techs shoot straight and don't beat around the bush. They know what they're doing and will call it how they see it, not unlike some other techs. This TRANSPARENCY makes it incredibly easy to work with them. The tech will go so far as to walk through EACH AND EVERY detail with you when it comes to scope of work or work needed (they won't skip out on details or intricacies like other techs might). They won't try to nickel and dime you, and will provide updates every step of the way. Adam went so far as to send me video updates on my bike when he worked on my Daytona. These guys are truly skilled and definitely know their way around our 2-wheel machines (sometimes 3). In the OFF chance they can't come through, they'll sincerely guide and provide you everything you need to get you back on the road...again, I said OFF chance cause there's nothing these guys can't do. This is a true story and just happened today. This alone is the reason I will never have my biked serviced anywhere other than 2 Guyes Garage. Left work to have lunch with a friend on my 2014 CBR 650. I usually ride with a backpack where I keep all my things but decided that since it was a short trip, I could do without the extra bulk. This stupid mistake on my part led to losing my phone, wallet, license, credit cards, and just about everything else somewhere on the freeway. Halfway to to meet my buddy, I realize what happened and turn around to try and look for the yard sale. Nothing. 6-7 passes over the same stretch of the highway and I get nothing. Now I'm realizing I'm running low on gas so I pull off the freeway onto an exit and just as I reach the end of the offramp, bike dies. Out gas, no phone, no wallet, no cash, nothing. I'm screwed. I'm pulled off to the shoulder wondering how I'm going to get out of this predicament when some guy in with a truck and trailer pulls up and asks if I need some help. Holy hell. A savior. At the very least he can get me off the road till I figure out what to do. He pulls over and helps my load my bike and offers to drive me to a nearby gas station. Then, after hearing about my situation with the phone and wallet, hands me a $20 for gas. This guy single handedly saved my ass today. You better believe if a mechanic/shop owner is willing to do that for a fellow rider, I would trust him to do just about anything with my bike. Needed work done on my sportbike. I found these guys , and gave them a call. Kyle came by and picked my bike up , and trailered it to the shop on Tuesday. Great. Kyle told me "We are slammed right now but ill get to your bike by the end of the week." Fine. Thursday the following week , I called 2 Guyes to see what progress has been made. Kyle answered the phone. After finding out who I was , Kyle told me he never saved my contact info , therefore could not call me to let me know he had put less than 5 minutes of attention into the bike. He said he needed to check the timing. I told him to go ahead. Thursday (one week after he told me he was going to check the timing) , I called 2 Guyes to see what they had found. I was told Kyle was busy and would call me back shortly to fill me in on what was found. Nobody ever called me back. Friday , no call back. Saturday (my only day off) I took the time to drive down to the shop to find Adam (nice guy) working all alone. The shop is literally packed with bikes. I find my bike in the pile , and its has been sitting , untouched. Adam stopped the work he was doing on a Yamaha cruiser to talk to me. He wasn't aware of me , my bike , or the issues I was having with it. I informed Adam that I would be taking my bike elsewhere, since it has been sitting at 2 Guyes for close to a month with no attention. Adam called Kyle. Kyle informed Adam that I owed $75.00 for the service that was performed ($75.00 to let my bike sit in his shop for 3 weeks). I told Adam that was ridicules , and that I wouldn't be giving them any money. Adam agreed , and let me take my bike home without a bill (wow , thanks for not charging me for wasting my time) Overall , They seem like nice guys. They probably do great work. The problem is that they take way too much on at one time. There were an estimated 60+ bikes stacked up , with one guy trying to catch up on all the work needing to be done. read more

After developing some issues with the idle on my '04 Bonneville someone I know mentioned I Two Guyes is a good independent bike shop & I should give them a try. Called them up and they fit me right in. Turns out Kyle (and a business partner) opened up his own shop after working at AZ Superbike years ago. He wrenched on my Bonnie there for me a couple times and I was always happy with his work. Kyle did some diagnostics and found she was running very lean. He sunk the carbs and made adjustments and the Bonnie is running great. He also did a safety inspection and discussed some possible performance improvements. Best shop experience in have ever had!! I had my motorcycle at two other shops, and neither were able to repair it. Kyle, and Adam looked at it for two days $195, and it has been running great for over a month now. These 2 Guyes (ha ha) are very honest, and knowledgable. One of the other shops said they could fix my issue, but had to replace the motor for $2500. WTF? Kyle refused to join me in bashing the other shops. He said they won't talk bad about anyone else they will just talk about how they can help.. That's some integrity that you rarely see anymore. I have found my shop, and I highly recommend them.
