    After several bad experiences with GoAZ, I wanted to find a new shop for my motorcycles and Vespas. Luckily, someone recommended Chandler Powersports to me years ago. My loyalty has been with them for some time now. Kegan and Chalise are the best!! They are always very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. As a co-organizer of a large scooter club here in the valley, I always recommend their shop to all our members. Chandler Powersports is always willing to ensure everything is done right. Excellent service from a top-notch shop and crew! Luckily, we have a trustworthy alternative to the big motorcycle shops that seem apathetic towards their customers and their bikes.

    Bought my dream bike

    I don't think 5 stars is enough of a rating,they deserve way more than that, both Kegan and Chalise are great people who take care of their customers and go above what a normal "sales person" would do for their customers, very honest business, and they buying process was super easy.

    We found this place because we were in the market for a new quad for our son. The customer service here was absolutely amazing and they were able to help us find the perfect quad and my son was so excited. The price was also super fair. Since, they have been extremely accommodating and helpful in terms of service. We refuse to take our bikes anywhere else besides chandler powersports because of the care and personalized service they provide. We recommend them to anyone we can.

    I first called for an over the phone quote, i set an appointment for a week out. Upon my appointment, the price didn't change, the whole staff is extremely friendly and very helpful with finding accessories that they didn't have within their current inventory. With my second appointment the service was the same as the first Outstanding. They even offered some insider advice on what product's to use to keep my machine nice and clean.

    They did good, i needed tires for my quad and they did a good job. My wheel had a hole in it and fixed it for free which was nice of them.

He didn't just fix the rig--he made absolutely sure it was fixed the right way, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality that really stood out. That gave me a huge sense of trust and confidence, especially in what started out as a pretty stressful situation. What truly set him apart, though, was his communication and transparency throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, taking the time to explain what was going on, what needed to be done, and why. I never felt left in the dark or unsure about anything. He was patient, thorough, and always willing to answer my questions, which made a world of difference. I can honestly say I have never experienced this level of customer service before. Devin went above and beyond in every possible way, and it didn't go unnoticed. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could have been a chaotic and overwhelming experience into something smooth, manageable, and even reassuring. Because of Devin, I feel completely confident in and loyal to this business moving forward.     DO NOT go here! If I had a less than one star rating that's what I'd give this place. I've had…read morenothing but bad luck with Ridenow every single time I was forced to buy a bike from here. In this case I was undercut at GoAZ so Ridenow was the only place that had my bike. We arrived at 9:45 to be the first in line to reserve the bike I was ready to buy. I told the salesman I was ready to buy, and this is what I want to pay and I don't haggle. After haggling for HOURs with a 7 month pregnant wife who had no food, we weren't even offered a bottle of water! Then I offered a deluxe European trade-in which they said needed to be "appraised". A spotless Ducati with only 1,400 mi? Ok. At almost 2pm (!) I said I need to get my wife some food. They said ok. The appraisal isn't done yet! Upon our return around 3pm we were told the bike still wasn't appraised AND the bike I just purchased was still on the floor! HOURs later after talking to almost anyone who would listen they said my bike was being PMI'd for me to receive it. Wow. We sat there for over 5 hours waiting for an appraisal and my new bike to be ready. At about 5:30pm we were told my new bike was being "test run" and would be ready soon. Wow. When I was finally handed over my keys to my new bike we were both physically and mentally exhausted. My poor pregnant wife was devastated, upset and shaking. Not to mention there were greasy finger prints all over the new orange seat, water spots on the plastic and smears all over the rear view mirrors. I decided this was unacceptable and left a phone message for the GM. Two days later we still didn't receive a call back. My wife finally called in and was forwarded to the on-duty "sales manager" , who said, yeah, sorry we were really busy. He also said "what's done is done. If I could go back to the past I could. You waited days later. There's nothing I can do." Nothing you can do? Where were you days ago when we were PLEADING for answers while we waited 8 hours for my bike to be ready?! Not to mention I wasn't offered the "Tech Pack" option at the time of sale, so now I have to find a dealer and buy it for $900! We even asked if they could offer us a discount on it because of how we were treated and he said "No, it's a direct cost from KTM. I can't help you." WOW. So yes, the rumors are true about Ridenow Powersports. Granted not everyone who works there is horrible. But obviously the trickle down from top to bottom in leadership is failing. This final purchase from RN has sealed the deal and we will no longer purchase from them ever again. If you are lucky enough to have a good salesman and sales manager assist you, consider that an anomaly. But be forewarned. They will not make things right nor accept responsibility for absolutely horrid customer service. If you don't believe me, you can always see for yourself. I did.

I took my bike in to get serviced under my plan and also get a new tire. They called me up to let me know that I needed a new air filter. I was like sure sounds good but didn't know they were going to charge me 82.50 for a two second job. I asked why and all they said is we have to pay are tech. If they told me I was going to have to pay 82.50 I would have never agreed. I would of taken two seconds out of my day to put in a new air filter. I would not recommend Scorpion Harley to anyone. They take care of the bikes, communicate well, and give you confidence that your ride is in good hands. What really makes this place stand out is the people. Every time I walk in, it feels like they are genuinely happy to see me, even on the days you know they're busy and running at full speed. Chad the GM, along with Danny and Kiana, have always made my experience feel personal and appreciated. They know how to treat customers right, and it shows. Great bikes matter, but a dealership that backs them with real service and real people matters even more. Scorpion Harley-Davidson has both, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a dealership that treats you like more than just a sale.

Kelly's is a wondrous place, full of that new motorcycle smell that enters the blood stream as soon as you walk in and take a breath, bathing you in happiness. Their sales staff are low key which is nice as nobody likes to be dogged around a showroom floor. They have an amazing selection of motorcycles too, everything from Kawa's to Triumphs and Ducatis. Royal Enfield's are in abundance as well. I've never used their service department so I can't speak to that, but they have a pretty solid parts department. I'm a big fan of Japanese bikes. So having a place that doesn't start with Ride Now or Harley is my own private paradise.

I sent him my CC and put the deposit down That is the day we got that crazy rain storm. I live down the street and our side of town was having internet/power issues so we couldn't finalize the order. Charlie kept me up to date throughout the whole day up until they were closing. I wasn't in a hurry so we just pushed it to the next day (plus I didn't wanna ride home in the rain). Got there the next day and Charlie had the bike all prepped and ready to roll. Introduced me to the mechanic and it was just an amazing experience. Showed me a couple new things with the bike since I mentioned my last bike was an 08. If you are buying a Kawasaki this is the only choice. No rush, no pushing, no hassle and just great service.
