Called the main number and was able to send photographs of all the items we needed to be removed along with requesting a specific timeframe in which we'd like the Junk to be removed. They got back to me the very same day with a few questions via text message and provided me a price and could remove the items in the timeframe we required. Exceptional service answered all our questions ~ box truck arrived timely as they do several pick ups a day from various locations and have to bring the debris to various scrap yards. So any client should understand you will have a timeframe to which they will be arriving setting up and then the box truck arrives and is filled. It will leave an empty It's contents and come back if necessary removing everything from our property. It is now being gutted for a complete renovation. The contractor hired Bestway Carting. They had a 40 yard dumpster on the street for a week. This morning at 3:15am they decided to pick up the dumpster. I can't imagine the decision making that goes into this. 3am in the middle of the night, making so much noise that the entire neighborhood is talking about this. Very, very inconsiderate. I would never hire these people. Obviously, money comes before anything.

I should have gone with my reference instead of this manipulative person who is one of many in this industry who fleece people. If you look at his pictures he is using junk lugger's photos. As a small woman I felt pressured and intimidated. He then proceeded to hit on me. As a woman and human being, I don't recommend this sham company. He added 10 years to his age in order to impress me. After looking him up on Google after weeks of trying to chase him down to get him to finish the work promised after taking a deposit he got the money he wanted for no work. Do not trust this guy. I would recommend anyone else besides him Please be careful. Many people in this industry lie.
