When I went to pick up a order I was bothering them, trying to give them money, and they went against their written policy about loyaltly cards, treating me as though I couldn't read and my money wasn't hard earned. The album was the correct album but the album was not the exclusive color I ordered. The company is refusing to give a full refund because they have a thirty day policy on returns. It's was pretty apparent to me, based on emails between my son and the company, the company doesn't care about great customer service or the fact that this was their mistake.
