They charge fairly normal for the FIRST hour $120 (Feb 2012), along with parts charges and even an additional fuel surcharge. But they charge the SAME rate for every hour after the first hour ($120 for any hour) rather than charging a normal, average charge for the subsequent hours. So the $120 is far and above any national, average hourly rate for licensed plumbing after the first hour. Even after a request for a review of the price, they insisted that this was their normal hourly rate, for any hour And your bill will not itemize the charges. You have to ask for an itemized bill, which you will get.

In all fairness, we had lots of cold and rainy weather that interfered with the installation, but even on the days that weather permitted we never knew if or what time the workers would show up. I would get told they'd be there and never show up. It took over a month for work to be completed, which is very frustrating & the sad part job is still not complete. The trash is still in same spot where it was left! After calling & getting lied to numerous times I have to hire someone else to come finish the problem.

She told me a technician would contact me. And just a few moments later, I did get a phone call from a technician who asked me pertinent questions and obviously knew what he was talking about. The technician worked with me and met me at a time that I could get away from work. He showed up exactly when he promised. Being that he was very knowledgeable, he had the issue resolved in record time. The charges were extremely reasonable, especially considering that this was done on a day of very inclement weather when most companies were considering it an emergency only day.
