My roof does look nice if only it was finished especially around my chimney where they done a poor job! If you are looking for a roofer that is punctual, efficient, and completes the job in a timely manner, then Bear's Cajun Roofing is not the company for the job. In all fairness, we had lots of cold and rainy weather that interfered with the installation, but even on the days that weather permitted we never knew if or what time the workers would show up. I would get told they'd be there and never show up. It took over a month for work to be completed, which is very frustrating & the sad part job is still not complete. The trash is still in same spot where it was left! After calling & getting lied to numerous times I have to hire someone else to come finish the problem. read more

Pros: Bear's Cajun Roofing gave us a reasonable estimate and pricing. We did end up spending about $120.00 out of pocket above the estimate. The owner is very reasonable with setting up means of payment ensuring that no one is being conned. The owner takes pride in his work and the roof looks great. It was installed during very rainy weather and so far no leaks. He did eventually complete the job to our satisfaction. Also did a great job with clean-up. Cons: If you are looking for a roofer that is punctual, efficient, and completes the job in a timely manner, then Bear's Cajun Roofing is not the company for the job. A few years ago, Jeremy Hahn made an estimate for a new roof for our daughter's home in Flagstaff. He only did an estimate for a metal roof because of potential problems with snow and ice for asphalt shingles. It was unbelievable that he would forego a sure sale because of possible issues with a roof with asphalt shingles in Flagstaff. A week ago, I visited the office of Hahn Roofing to inquire about contractors who could do a skylight for my daughter's Flagstaff home. I was aware that they didn't do asphalt shingles in Flagstaff, so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they are now offering this option, thanks to a new underlayment that addresses previous issues with ice and snow. Parents always want the best for their children. I told my daughter that Hahn Roofing was the only roofer I trusted to put a new roof on her home. If their bid was higher because of the new underlayment and other upgrades, we would make up the difference in price for her. She will soon have a new roof from Hahn Roofing.
