I had made arrangements a few days in advance. The work performed was changing the fork oil, installing brake pads, installing new back tire and a check of all important service items. I dropped the bike off on the afternoon before they were going to service it and they had it ready the next day. We like this shop for Harley service. Many of our friends get their bikes serviced here and they also have a high opinion of the business.

It's not much to look at but just reinforces the old axiom, looks can be deceiving. On my first experience, I found their website from a friend, and clicked on their phone text number inquiring about the $ cost replacement of two HD Softail Deluxe tires. I got a return text thanking me for my inquiry and asking my preference - Dunlop's or Metzler's, with a price quote for each (The Dunlop's were a little more). I called them, stated I wanted the Dunlop's installed at their quoted price and they told me I could bring my bike in anytime. I dropped my bike off with them later that week and picked it up the following day with a job well done of new tires on it. My more recent experience was a result of a split throttle cable on my 2014 Softail. I usually visit YouTube first to determine how difficult and what kind of tools are needed in case I decide to do the job myself. But In this case, it was going to be more involved than I was wanting to do. I call A.C.S. and explained my situation. I gave Colin my information and he said that he could order a new cable, and could have it installed with only an hour of labor. I gave him the green light to order the new cable and later that week, I dropped my bike off where Colin and his group made the repair. Both times I was very happy with A.C.S.'s service, prices, and end product. I've had good experiences with them and trust them to do good work. I highly recommend them.

I felt like this needs to be said to help someone looking for a body shop. Made promises they can't keep. Said car would be done in 2 weeks took 2.5 months. Ask why my car wasn't done, said they have insurance jobs to do first, wish they said this in the beginning that my car would be a side job. They said they would wet sand and buff car when finish "make it look like glass", now want to charge extra for what they promised in the beginning. After getting the car back, now has chips and cracks in the bumper, they now want to charge extra to fix their issue of having too much paint or not prep properly. After many attempts to resolve the problems, I get "I have to change you extra for that" this place only cares about 1 thing, MONEY. Customer service is 0 to none. Mark the owner is very rude and gets upset very easily. Comments like "get your car out of here I'm tired of looking at it" or "I don't have to do what I promise" are not things you want to hear when you spend hard earn money at a business. I'm doing this to save the next guy looking for body shop. Mark you had many chances, many times to make this right but you refuse to resolve this. Start with treating people better and actually doing what you promise.
